Clean comfortable and quiet

We were so happy and loved our stay. Short beach walk and a beautiful beach! The condo was fully equipped and comfortable. We will definately stay again!

Warm Florida Sun

Sea woods is a great complex! Very pretty and lots to do. We played bingo and pickleball.we loved the pools. The ocean is a quick walk! We can’t wait to return!

Our 2nd time here

Great spot! Close to the polls & the beach is walkable. Everything was super considering we were in a pet friendly unit Management was so easy. We’ll be back

Great stay!

We had a great stay at New Smyrna. Our lab was grateful to come with us! The bathroom is nicely updated & the ease of the hardwood floors were great. Plenty of space for just my husband & I for a week. While we didn’t use the kitchen, to many great places to eat, it looked like it was stocked nicely and ready to use. Everything was clean & the area is very nice and quiet!

Wonderful condo

The condo was very nice. Clean, quiet and comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful pool and 10 minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful Place

This condo was in a very nice location, close to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and well kept and in a quite neighborhood. I will definitely keep it in mind when I visit this area.

Cozy corner unit

This condo is fully equipped with everything you need Super comfortable bed ,which is usually an issue while staying places. The unit was completely comfortable ! We slept like babies!It was clean and had plenty of towels essentials Very spacious and private

Condo near beach

Plenty of space in unit. Loved 2 sinks in bath area and walk area between bath and bedroom. Quiet area away from city, nice place to walk and enjoy! So loved the beach, only few minute walk. Overall really enjoyed it!

New smyrna

The apartment was as described. Nice quite area. A walk across the street and over the dunes to the beach. Had all the needed amenities. Bed was a little rough but overall a nice place.

Location is great

We loved the area and people, but the interior is badly in need of updating. Dirty windows, broken screens, leaking kitchen tap, bulbs burnt out and no replacements. Vanity in closet room has no replacement bulb

We were surprised at your review seeing we asked you if anything was needed besides coming to show you how to use the TV. Yes a screen at the kitchen window outside has a small tear but not big enough to change the whole screen out and also in Florida windows are kept shut to avoid mosture getting into the condo causing mold. We did not know a bulb was out. Above the washingmachine were other bulbs. We did have a storm.before your arrival if a outside window was looking dirty why didn't you voice your concern when we were there? It would have taken us a min to wipe off if that was such a bother. We hope you still enjoyed your stay here in Florida during the winter and wish you the best. Dan St George Broker

Beyond expectations

Very nice place. Older community but well maintained. Staged nicely, complimentary wine, well written directions for use of equipment. Very clean, new furniture and some new appliances. Very nice community, people were friendly. Great amenities. Close to everything, dining, entertainment and u could walk to the beach. A great kids park a mile or so down the road that was right on the beach. Property manger was very helpful and accommodating. We have no complaints. We plan on going back!

Can’t say enough

This ground floor unit was ideal for our stay with our yorkie poo. The open floor plan had everything we needed from dining room that sat 6 comfortably to a kitchen well equipped to cook, laundry facilities, charcoal grill as well The bathroom had 2 sinks which came in handy & the king bedroom also had another TV There are 3 pools at the complex however only one was heated. A quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood. Thank you Cindy! Who was quick to respond to any needs! We were very pleased & hope to return

This area has spotty cell service and there is a problem with the lock on the front door. Upon exiting the property we were not able to lock it. We had immediately put in calls to the property manager but they would not go through while at the property. I have AT & T and never experienced this any where and I travel a lot.Finally got through to them the next morning.The kitchen faucet was spewing water from the base, another maintenance issue. Someone tried to fix it but said a plumber was needed and being a holiday weekend it wasn’t going to get fixed for a few days. The battery was replaced in the lock but that did not solve the problem and we had to take all our belongings whenever we left the property. I let the property manager know about the lock again today. It was a stressful and disappointing stay.

Hi we were surprised at your review. The maintenance person changed the battery and had no other issues with it. We did explain to you how to lock it. You were using the door handle instead of turning the handle on the lock. Yes we did fix the faucet on Monday. You stayed 2 nights and we could not get a plumber on a Sat at 7 PM .when the kitchen faucet started to have a leak, but It was still working and usable. Things can happen in a home or condo and we try to get all fixed as soon as possible. We did contact you and you said you were out having fun so we hope a small leak on a faucet didn't ruin your 2 night stay.
