Great location with clean comfortable accommodations. Quaint, quiet unit with all the amenities we could need. Comfortable bed. We have stayed here numerous times and Leslie is a wonderful host.

We had a great stay! The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals. The best part was the location. Being right on the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. We would definitely stay here again!

Extremely well stocked unit. The amount of extra linens and towels was superior! I have never stayed in a VRBO that had everything I needed like this one… beach chairs, sand toys, towels, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap… literally everything. Will definitely be back!!!

There's every thing you need for the kitchen. Bedroom is very comfortable. Nice pool, right on the beach, what more could you ask for.

This is our second time staying here and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Clean and well taken care of. Bed is nice and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with things you need and things you didn’t know you needed. The owner is absolutely sweet and goes above and beyond. Thank you so much for letting us stay here. This condo is on the beach, there is an activity court and a large pool available. There is a code to go to the beach, so only guests at this location get to use it. Super close to shops and restaurants. Fantastic place!!!

An amazing place for a family vacation!!!

First time at New Smyrna beach and we loved it, the unit was amazing, perfect for us and the kids, pool and beach seconds away, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend, God bless.
