Welcome to Lazy Days on the beach. Located on the No Drive/no cars section of New Smyrna Beach is safe for families. Moontide condo is located directly on this beautiful beach. Come enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom, with king beds in both, 2 bath condo with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Additional sofa bed in living room and bonus room with futon ensures plenty of sleep options. Stunning views of the ocean and amazing roof top pool from your private balcony......'

Elegant well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals at home but also close to many great restaurants if wanting to explore more options several within walking distance. Chairs, towels, umbrellas and toys for enjoying time at the beach or pool. Gated garage parking for 2 cars, you can bask in the sun, but your car doesn't have to.
In unit washer/dryer is very convenient. Close to many quaint shops, restaurants, grocery stores, kayaking, fishing and other outdoor activities.
If you like long moonlit walks on the beach or hanging out on the balcony with a glass of wine as you watch the dolphins or building sandcastles this place is for you. Great for couples or multi-generational vacations with the 2 king beds, queen sofa bed and double futon in the bonus room.

Lazy days was all we expected it to be and more. The location, amenities, cleanliness, all the extras to enjoy the beach like the umbrella, chairs, pool noodles, etc. it definitely felt like our home away from home that we didn’t want to leave.

Clean and very spacious, kitchen well equipped and lots of beach amenities chairs, towels, umbrella etc. Great parking. View is terrific of ocean as well as pool. Moontide is awesome!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location or place to stay at! Honestly I don’t think the listing does the place justice! The condo was beautiful! The futon room that attached to the main bedroom was perfect for our littles to stay in. Vicki and Darrel were perfect hosts and their communication and willingness to let us extend our stay was beyond what we could have ever asked for! We will be back and would love to stay again!

This unit is spacious and nicely decorated. It has a very homey feel. Great view of the pool and ocean. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Very friendly family atmosphere..

Loved the condo and the area! Be sure to bring pleanty of your own toilet paper and paper towels etc. Not much of that was provided, Overall a very lovely place! Definitely will be booking again and recommending to friends and family!

Wow! We have stayed in VRBO condo units before, but this experience was by far the best we have had! There were so many extra touches these hosts thought of that made this stay exceptional! The beach was gorgeous, the pool was the perfect size, and the condo itself was spectacular.

The place was very well equipped. We felt right at home and cared for, the weather was unusually cold and windy so we spent more time in the condo than we expected. The thoughtful decor and furniture made it a comfortable stay. The ocean view was beautiful. The welcome gift was very thoughtful, thank you for a nice stay.

Excellent location. The condo itself is very nice. The rest of the property is great also including the easy beach access and heated pool. Check in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightfully appointed condo, with enough of a view of the beach (and the pelicans!) to keep us happy and entertained. Very well kept, comfortable bed and showers, and a kitchen with everything we needed. We will be back!

A great place to spend a vacation

Great view from the balcony, overlooking the pool and the beach, with a very short walk to both. Spacious condominium with plenty of room, full kitchen and washer & dryer. Very beachy/ocean decor that made you feel like you’re on vacation, great place to relax and have fun. We loved it and would stay here again!

Lazy Days was a first class experience. The amenities and decor set the perfect tone for a beachside vacation. The view from the balcony was delightful. Morning coffee outside listening to the waves made for a great start to the day. The well-equipped kitchen allowed for cooking meals using fresh seafood and local produce. The comfortable seating gave us ample room to relax throughout our stay. There are books and jigsaw puzzles for rainy days. The condo and property are well maintained.

Covid slowed down our dream of owning our dream beach condo but now we are ready to enjoy this peace of paradise and hope you will enjoy it as well. Lots to do without being to touristy. We love it and you will too.🏖

We love the area because there is so much to do or just sit and enjoy the ocean. You can see rockets from Cape Canaveral from the beach or balcony. Visiting the light house, Marine Science Center, eco tours, fishing, kayaking are just some the great things to do here. Lots of great family-owned restaurants and shops and not so commercialized as other areas.
