Beautifully renovated and professionally decorated, 3rd floor, end unit condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and with wonderful views of the pavilion and pool. As an end unit, you'll enjoy west facing windows in the living room, dining room, and kitchen so you are able to view sunsets daily. Relax on the 30' private balcony with comfortable balcony furniture while you enjoy watching the crystal blue waters of the Gulf and magnificent sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen includes stainless appliances, granite countertops, updated cabinets with under-counter lighting, and full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The dining room and bar area has a useful sink and large ice-machine. Smart TV's can be found throughout with a 65" TV in the living room, a 46" TV in the master bedroom, and a 50" TV in the guest room. Don't worry about parking, the updated condo includes a dedicated covered parking spot in the garage area. Complimentary WiFi is provided. Enjoy the free beach service March through Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.)

Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking. For monthly reservations (over 28 days) please contact Destin Gulfgate directly.

Love Destin Gulfgate

We loved Destin Gulfgate as it's never as crowded as other condos and the guests are quiet and respectful. Love no smoking on beach! Unit was well furnished and decorated and very clean. Best place to get away from it all!

Great location & within walking distance of one of Destin’s most popular restaurants. All units have over 1,400 sq. ft. and a large balcony. Beach umbrella & chairs are included. We have stayed at 3 other locations in Destin & this is our favorite. Highly recommend.

The staff has always been helpful and amazing. Every unit we have stayed in is always very clean. The pool and surrounding areas is always clean and never crowded. And the beach set up is perfect. Beautiful

This place was not only clean and smelled amazing upon entry, it had an AMAZING view . We sat on our balcony and watched dolphins swimming right in front of us! Didn't matter what time of day, we saw these amazing creatures and they kept us entertained.

Beautiful View

This condo is right on the beach with a wondrous view of the ocean. Sitting out on the balcony every day to enjoy the sunrise and sunset was our favorite part. The kitchen is very well equipped. Wanted for nothing. Comfy beds. Wanted to stay forever but only a short stay sadly. Would come back again. Thank you for the stay!

Our favorite place

My only issue is that the pool was cold and it would have been nice if they had heated it. It will be nice when they get the electric gate fixed!! We will be back!

This is the first time we've stayed in an end unit and below the 4th floor. We loved it! The unit was in great condition, very clean and extremely well taken care of. We enjoyed being right next to the stairs and not having to use the elevator. I am always happy at the Gulfgate and look forward to going back.
