Happy Ours is nestled in the hillside and surrounded by towering trees. Relaxing on the deck you might feel like you're in a tree house! On the main floor of Happy Ours is a king bedroom with a private bath, and a queen bedroom with bathroom access from the bedroom and also through the utility room. Up the unique spiral staircase is the third bedroom with a full size bed and 2 twin beds. Happy Ours has all the amenities of home, with a full size kitchen and all the tools you will need to prepare your meals in the cabin.
Unwind after a long day kayaking in front of the wood burning fireplace. Happy Ours is the perfect place to gather family and friends to make memories!

Amazing Stay!

Our stay here was the best! This was one of the most clean vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Owners were responsive and great. It had everything we needed!

Lovely Getaway

We stayed here over Christmas and it was wonderful. There was a Christmas tree and decor set up to make our holiday perfect! Everything was very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cabin

The cabin was fantastic! Great location and the wrap around covered porch was our favorite spot to hang out. Communication with the property owner was fantastic and prompt. Would highly recommend for small groups looking to stay in Hochatown.

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin was perfect for our family of 6! The kids enjoyed the outdoor activities & we all enjoyed the hot tub. Great location & close to everything we needed. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect cabin in the woods

We had a wonderful time staying here. There were plenty of sleeping options (sleeps up to 8 plus couches), wifi was good, close access to restaurants and everything in Hochatown, the cabin was warm and cozy with a great fireplace, indoor and outdoor games, and the hot tub! We were easily able to relax and decompress from city life.

Relaxing

This place was off the road just enough, yet very convenient to so many places! Maybe too close to the ice cream joint! The property was clean and very comfortable for the 6 of us.

The cabin is perfect, we loved it. We used the hot tub, fire pit, corn hole boards, other games and had a wonderful weekend. We went to Mountain Fork brewery one night for dinner and listened to a live band. Went to fish tails winery. We love dour stay.

Spring Break Getaway

We had such a great time at Happy Ours. The cabin was beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed family dinners, playing cornhole and horseshoes and hanging out in the hottub and by the fire pit. We also enjoyed walking around the area and heading to Mountain Fork Brewery. The only thing I have a small complaint about is that I emailed the property manager and called multiple times about firewood before getting to the cabin, at least 3 days in advance according to the email I received. Thankfully there was left over firewood but it would have been disappointing to have to go purchase it after trying to reach out to the manager beforehand. Over all we had such a great time and will be back!

Beautiful getaway in McCurtain County

Pristine, well-appointed cabin with plenty of room for our party of 7. Beautiful grounds and plentiful amenities. Only word of caution: the spiral staircase to the loft with twin and double beds is a bit hair-raising if that’s where the kids are staying. Otherwise, perfection.

Love the covered deck

Most of our time at the cabin was spent on the rear covered deck hanging out and occasionally using the hot tub. We played some horseshoes and did plenty of cooking. This cabin is in a great location and we were able to be as loud as we wanted without bothering anyone. There is plenty of room inside and on the covered deck for everyone without ever feeling crowded. We've stayed in 4 cabins since 2020 and this was the best one yet!

cabin getaway

We enjoyed the cabin very much. It was close to the state park, hiking trails and tons of fishing. There's some construction going on new cabins but it was minimal. It was clean and we had everything we needed for a week of outdoor fun. Our kids loved the loft and all the outdoor games and hot tub, but the husband LOVED the blackstone & gas grill the most. Thanks for a great vacation.

Christmas Getaway

With a lit tree waiting for us, this was the perfect way to spend the gap between Christmas and New Year’s Eve! The house and property are spacious, well-appointed, and well-located. We had three couples with one infant and had plenty of room. The maze, petting zoo, park train, and escape room was plenty of entertainment, but the best part was at the cabin, eating and playing games on the large table and watching football games from the hot tub. This is a fantastic property!

Family Time

The Cabin was as described. Clean and we had plenty of room. It rain Thursday and Friday, but we loaded up and went sightseeing. On Saturday was nice. We went to the park. Was really a lot of people. The older grandkids slept in the loft and enjoyed it. The black stone was great. We cook bacon and pancakes and hamburgers on it.

Father's Day Get Away

Absolutely amazing cabin! 5 adults stayed and had plenty of room. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with utensils, plates, bake ware, grill tools. They also provided some board games, corn hole and an outdoor fire pit. There is a grill and a Blackstone both with propane! The cabin was spotlessly clean and so was the hot tub. We really enjoyed the covered patio and the ceiling fans make it very comfortable outside. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We will definitely be back.
