This was the most perfect getaway! We had both floors with identical floor plans allowing everyone to find their own enjoyable space! I loved the extra kitchen upstairs and the closeness to the pool and lake! Both were visited frequently while on vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice accommodations that met our 3 family needs well and the close proximity of the pool and beach were perfect. My only dissatisfaction was the poor condition of the outdoor grill.

house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location to enjoy the beach and all the shops/restaurants in the area. Alexandra was super helpful with everything we needed. we had a great time!

The rental was supplied with everything we would need. It was clean and looked like new. We had an awesome time and were close to good restaurants, shops, the beach and a lot of the small towns. I hope we can get back one day. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this VRBO highly!

Excellent location on 30A! Great setup with easy access to the beach. Crossing areas are very well marked and traffic is aware of beach-goers. The house had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. The pool next door is a great bonus. The grandkids also enjoyed fishing in Lake Oyster. The house is well equipped with several Keurig machines so don’t forget k-cups (no drip coffee maker). We also appreciated having a washer/dryer on both levels. Overall, very comfortable setup, great location with lots to do.

Beautiful home

Spacious home with beautiful view of the sunset over Oyster Lake. The upstairs living room and balcony are very nice and accommodating!

We had a great stay, and the atmosphere was perfect for our summer beach getaway. Sunsets were gorgeous. We definitely appreciated the proximity to the beach access, and being close to the lake as well. We took advantage of the onsite beach chairs and body boards, though missed the beach cart. Well equipped kitchen when it came to the essentials and very clean. Would stay here again!

The house is beautifully decorated. In a great area. We loved that the pool was next to the house! Great communication when we needed anything. Great price per night. We would definitely stay again.

Great experience!

We had a great time at the Wave Whisperer for our fantasy football draft. The house is perfect for a large group and the property manager is always available to help.

Spring Break 2022

We had a wonderful time. Home was nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. Pool was cold. Location was great. Perfect for our extended family.

Annual Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was easy to find and in a nice location one block from beach with community pool right next door. We absolutely loved the upstairs deck and spent a lot of time there. The house itself was nice but a few things were confusing like the downstairs dryer did not work but the upstairs one did and the toilet in downstairs master was hard to flush due to flush handle nut being missing and the shower door handle was loose.. throughout the house the walls had patches that were not painted. Side entry door did not have the same code as front door so we had to be careful not to get locked out.

Great experience

I highly recommend this house. We had a large group and it was perfect for all of us. Beach access was wonderful and the kids enjoyed the heated pool. The golf cart that we rented was a big hit with our grandchildren. Plenty of places to walk your dog and any questions we had was answered promptly. One of our most enjoyable stays!

Great house in a perfect location!

The layout of this house is awesome bc there’s two master bedrooms and two guest bedroom with a queen and bunk beds. Loved the upstairs living room and everything was nice and clean. Rental company was easy to work with. Thanks again!

Perfect 2-Family Accommodations

First, this place was PERFECT for our trip. Amazing location, the pool right next door was not too loud, and waking distance to beach was great. However, public access beaches are VERY limited on space, and the locals are adamant you stay off "their sand". We had a minor run-in, but were not in the wrong, so it didn't amount to anything, but it was inconvenient and crammed in the very limited public access areas.

Good thing about the beach access at this home is there are 4 different accesses within a 10 minute walk and 3 of those provide a large public access so you have lots of space. There is one that doesn't have much space. We hope you choose us for your next beach escape.

Loved it!

This cute beach home looks just like the pictures. There was plenty of room for our 4 kids ages 12-16 and 4 adults. Beach access is very convenient...right across the street. We loved having the pool right outside. The house was clean, both kitchens were well stocked, beds were comfortable and towels were plush. We would definitely come back!

Perfect for ladies get-away

Four adult women went to the 30A Songwriters Festival and this was a great place for us to stay. It was great for each lady to have a bedroom and private bath. The downstairs kitchen was where we gathered and ate (though there was an upstairs kitchen too…!). The house was clean and well-equipped. The view of Oyster Lake was lovely. Will definitely consider for a future trip. Thanks!!

Great house, great location, great prop manager

No golf cart as advertised. No private pool as advertised. No iron as advertised. 1 was delivered a day late.

There's no golf cart nor a private pool advertised. This is a community pool for the neighborhood, but the pool is directly next door to the home. The iron was requested late in the evening and I brought it by the next morning. We hope beyond this you did enjoy your stay.

Comfortable house

The house was exactly what was described. It was very comfortable and felt homey. The beds were comfortable. One of the showers on the second floor has the issue of water coming out in the bathroom that we were drying after each shower. My only disappointment was the condition of backyard. The patio set was very old and cushions were moldy. We were planning to use the BBQ but we never did as it was not really necessary ce to sit back there.
