Welcome to Aquamarine, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat located in The Preserve at Grayton Beach. This spacious home sleeps 12 and is perfect for large families or groups seeking comfort, style, and convenience near the beach.

Three luxurious bedrooms each feature a king bed, while the fourth bedroom offers a custom bunk bed with two twins over a queen—ideal for kids or extra guests. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space.

The open-concept living and dining areas are perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Enjoy access to The Preserve’s two community pools, tennis courts, fitness room, and private beach access just a short stroll away.

Truly a wonderful place for our family to stay! It was so clean and great amount of space. They thought of everything from extra towel hooks in every room to games, books, and toys for the kids! The beach access is a very pretty, semi-long walk (about .25 mile) and it’s right across the street so you can’t park or drive the golf cart to it. Perfect if you don’t have a lot to bring to the beach, but we made it work for our family!

We loved everything about Aquamarine. We had a minor issue with the golf cart, but it was quickly resolved by management.

Overall everything was okay but we had a couple of issues where the doors on the upstairs balcony would not close properly. The drawers on the kitchen island were broken. Internet was extremely slow. Curb appeal was not the best as pine straw was covering the walkway.

My family and I absolutely loved this house! It was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and very close to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart and tennis courts! It's very close to amenities such as shopping and restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

The community pool was great except the guest in the community were the ones cleaning the leaves out. The home was beautiful and suited guest of all ages. The distance to the beach was perfect. The porch area could have used more cleaning the swing was rotted on one end and unable to be used and the pillows and cushions were dirty. The grill also was in rough condition and we avoided using it. Overall 4/5 stay for our family.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed our beach vacation immensely at this location with easy access to beach and pools and not far from food locations in Grayton, Blue Mountain, and Seaside.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great--close enough to the beach to walk (about 3/4 mile) and located close to great food (Blue Mountain Creamery and Redfish Taco). Nice, private, gated neighborhood with tennis/pickleball courts and pool. We loved the spaciousness of the house and how each room had a balcony. The house is perfect for a large group--big kitchen with many cooking essentials and living space for lounging, and a game room with comfy chairs, board games, and kids toys. The two sets of washer/dryers were helpful. The golf cart came in handy for family members who couldn't make the walk to the beach. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand/beach toys, tennis rackets, scooters, and air compressor for golf cart. When we arrived, the golf cart had a flat tire, but was good once aired up. We spotted some bikes under the house, but tires were flat. It was super nice to have three king beds, but they are not very comfortable. The one my husband and I slept on was extremely squeaky which was annoying. The house is pretty kid friendly, too. Most of the rooms have really big closets, and we actually set up our baby's pack and play bed in the closet which was perfectly dark and quiet for him. Unfortunately soon after we got settled in, we started noticing cockroaches in the kitchen/living area (some live and some dead). Aside from that, it was a great place to stay. If it weren't for the roaches, I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time. There was plenty of room for the nine of us. There is a public beach access near by and a private beach access. Although the walk to the private beach access is about 10 minutes from the gate to the beach umbrella/chairs setup, it was way less crowded and more enjoyable. There were plenty of beach towels and beach accessories to utilize. The golf cart was also a nice amenity. It is a gas powered golf cart with a trickle charger for the battery. The battery is located under the middle bench seat and the trickle charger is just to make sure the battery has enough power if the golf cart has sat for a long time without being used. "Golf Cart" is considered a low speed vehicle so you have to be over 25 to drive it. There were a few things broken when we arrived. Management was quick to send someone over to take care of certain items and some we said could wait so we weren't dealing with people in and out. There is only 1 bedroom downstairs. Overall the comfort level of the beds from everyone received a 3.5. There's no place like home as far as your bed goes.

The house needs some upkeep. The ping pong table out back is broken, the front door handle broken, trash drawer broken, microwave broken and the golf cart barely gets up to speed to drive to the little shopping areas. The HOA president lives across the street so we received calls 4 of our 7 day stay from the management company about something she didn’t like. Multiple time it was not truthful. They didn’t verify the complaints before contacting us. The HOA did not up keep the pools. During our 7 day stay the front pool was not working very well. It was very cloudy and dirty. I feel you can over look a lot of the little things, but the HOA president was too much for me to rent this house again. Long walk to the beach on a narrow boardwalk to get to the neighborhoods private beach. Hard when you have lots of gear to bring to beach. The house is beautiful and a great location.

We have been coming to this same house for the past five years. Initially, it was a perfect luxurious house with many nice touches that added the experience and the comfort of the home. We were disappointed in the upkeep of the house this past April. The house seems tired and the amenities are not well kept. The floors were dirty. The golf cart is not kept up and the seatbelts didn't work, and it was left with minimal gas. The beach supplies in the garage are becoming rundown or broken. There was not one game or puzzle in the game room that was not missing pieces or parts. For the price of this home there are better options, especially for a family of 4-5.
