Have an awesome vacation in Sun City!

Sun City is a peaceful and fun 55+ community.

This two bedroom, two bath home has it all! A comfortable living room with a 50" TV with streamed live TV and programs. Quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and other items. There is also a pass through window from the kitchen to the back patio for entertaining purposes. Covered patio with comfortable patio furniture. Two car garage is spacious.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Quality mattresses and sheets in each bedroom.

Both bathrooms have sparkling quartz countertops and quality towels.

Excellent location in Phase II of Sun City. This is an age restricted community, so one renter must be 55+. Home is near Bell road for easy access to freeways, restaurants, places of worship, and shopping.

This is the owners first and only vacation rental. We are looking forward to making your stay a pleasant one. We will respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns!

The host are the best!!! We love the area it's centrally located to everyone we wanted to visit also good restaurants not far away.The house was spotless couldn't of ask for anything more...

Great Place!

We had a great time staying here. It was exactly how described, the communication prior to arriving was awesome, and the checkin/checkout was seamless. We would definitely stay again!

Great house and location

Enjoyed having a house in a retirement community. It was comfy, quiet and we could enjoy the many recreation centers.

Perfect forTwo Couples

We enjoyed staying in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Bell Rd and the 101. We hope to stay there again. The owner, Cynthia Schmidt, went out her way to assure that our stay was pleasant.

Great stay in sunny AZ

The home was great! It’s very modern, super clean and in an excellent location for shopping, entertainment and travel on the freeway system. The host provided all the necessary information on the home and had open communication during our stay. Definitely would stay again.

Great getaway location

The house was ideal for the two couples. Well furnished with all the necessities for an enjoyable week. Dealing with Cynthia was extremely easy and she is a wonderful host. It is close grocery and restaurants, with easy access to the major highways. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home

We were here for 11 days and everything went very well. The owners were very nice and made sure the check in and oit went smoothly. They also checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We greatly appreciate their kindness and enjoyed staying in their home.

Relaxing

Very relaxing stay. Quiet neighborhood with good access to restaurants and shopping. House had all the necessary amenities for cooking, plenty of towels and sheets. Cynthia was helpful and wanted to make sure our stay was a good one. All and all we were satisfied.

Great Stay!

Property was clean and nicely decorated. Property owner went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Favorite treats were left for us. Nice quiet 55+ neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. Easy access to freeway, restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to recreation centers.

My husband and I fell in love with this property immediately. It is extremely comfortable and has everything we need. Nice linens, towels, grill, covered back patio, and the list goes on. Cynthia, our host, was very helpful and gracious and within a short time we were settled in and enjoying ourselves. We'll be back!
