Entire House to yourself! Two-story, five bedroom-three baths, One bathroom downstairs. The Master Bedroom has two separate sinks, one stand-alone shower, and one large bathtub built for 2 people. The upstairs guest bathroom has two separate sinks and one tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom downstairs has one sink and one stand-alone shower. There are two large living areas that are separated by the kitchen. Large backyard with a natural gas barbecue grill by the pool (not a heated pool), a gazebo with lounge chairs and outdoor dining, and a grassy area for outdoor activities. There are pool floats located near the pool in the brown storage chest and more lawn chairs underneath the brown bench near the pool. Three driveway parking spots. Plenty of on-street parking. Beds for ten adults, four queen beds, and one king bed. In the master bedroom, there is a futon that can sleep 2 additional people once pulled out. Washer and Dryer available in the laundry room if needed. Plenty of floor space for sleeping bag camp-ins. You will love the place. The house can host 20 easily. The home was built in 2005. Photo opportunity staircase. It is a royal red staircase. The House currently has one 65" smart TV with Direct TV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has one 32" TV has one TV with a ROKU stick connected to it with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure. There is another 55" TV with a ROKU stick and PlayStation 3 with games to play in the second living room area that will have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure. In addition to that living area, all the bedrooms will be equipped with 32" ROKU smart TVs that will have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure. Pool Cleaning Company will be onsite at the Property on Tuesdays and Fridays. Yard maintenance comes for service every week on Tuesdays.

Clean, spacious, homey and comfortable stay

Great, clean, spacious house. Backyard and pool is nice and beds were comfortable. Communication was great from owner. We will stay again.

Great Place with a Couple Minor Issues

Overall great house as represented in the add, clean and well stocked. It is great having 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths as well as a game room garage! The issues were minor but so you are aware: - The public areas are bit small for a house designed for so many people. - The dining room table only seats 4 people. This is shown in the add so I didn't deduct but there is really no good reason for this. - The downstairs AC did not work. There were instructions for resetting the outside compressor which fixed the problem but the instructions for this were in the book without any reference by the thermostat so we didn't know to look there. The AC repair guy was there when we left so hopefully this has been fixed. Overall, would recommend the place though.

Good for family

This five-bedroom house is a good layout for a family. The TV was great for watching the big game too. The place does need a deep cleaning which the owner is now aware of, so hopefully, that will be addressed with their cleaning crew. If you are sensitive to the Frebreeze type plugs ins, ask them to remove and wash bed coverings/pillowcases (they were permeated with the smell) and air the house at least a day before your arrival. Seven plug-ins were overkill and irritating. This has also been brought to the owner's attention which I don't think they knew.

Spacious clean property

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean and communication with the owner was easy. The pool in the back yard made the heat tolerable. I will book again if I am Yuma.

Very Comfortable Stay In Yuma

There was great space for the seven of us who stayed in this home. The house was well supplied with the things we needed. We would have liked to be able to access “regular” television but were impressed that all the rooms had “smart” tvs. We liked that the location was close to grocery stores. All in all we had a wonderful 10 day stay.

College friends from 40+ years ago, annual reunion

Easy process to rent. Our host, Thomas, very graciously, allowed us early access the day of arrival, when our plans needed to be altered. Beautiful sitting out by pool, great weather and bird watching. Thank you Thomas!

Disappointed

Pretty disappointed in this home for the rental price we paid! Needs a really deep clean! Pool was really dirty!! Also I found a WET navy comforter in the dryer so I dried it for you! Coffee maker was to small for a big home and group of people! No furniture on patio to go out and sit in the sun because patio furniture is inside the house instead of real furniture in formal living room! Broken recliners In Family Room ! It is a nice big roomy home but needs a really deep clean and some furniture replacement and repair! Especially dirty carpets throughout house! Several couples from our group reported their bedding had odors as if not very clean! Before we left we put all our used bedding out for your maid to wash and we took out all of our trash! We paid a large cleaning fee for a home that upon our arrival was dirty! Won’t go back there ever!

Great location. Beautiful property!

We had a very good stay for our Christmas celebration with our kids and grandkids. We struggled with finding things in the kitchen but we managed. We had 17 people, plenty of sleeping room. Set up tables for eating. We could have used more plates and silverware and coffee cups. We purchased coffee cups and left them for other guests. The corn hole game and pong game kept the kids very busy.

spacious & full-featured in a convenient location

This place has tons of space for entertaining and all of the TV's are set up with game consoles. Easily accommodates 6 couples plus 2 more people on individual sleeping areas - small bed and couch. Best place out of 3 that we have tried so far. WalMart is just down the street. It's in a neighborhood but you have privacy because it's on the corner. We all loved it!

We had an awesome stay and everything was amazing. It was a little chilly and windy while we were there, so we didn't get to utilize the pool as much as we had hoped, but it was still amazing. Thank you for everything.

Great house!

Everything was as advertised. House had all the “stuff” we needed to cook and relax. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room. Pool was clean. Property owner responded quickly to the few questions we had. Close to shopping and easy to get to interstate to head off for explorations.

Perfect Pit Stop

We came to Yuma to race at Cocopah Speedway, and stayed 11 nights. It was in a perfect location for us. Close to the race track, and close to grocery stores and restaurants too! There were 6 adults, and 3 children. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was decently stocked, and the laundry room had detergent, which was a big plus! The backyard was a great extra space with pool, bbq, patio, yard and a lemon tree! The pool was cold in January but my kids did swim in it a little. Lounge chairs would’ve been nice to soak up some sun, while keeping an eye on the kids. Overall, it worked out perfectly for us! Thank you for sharing your home.

Beautiful house!

The house was big enough for a family of 10 with room to spare. Fully equipped kitchen, nice backyard, and 2 separate living rooms. Very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous, hard-to-find 5-bedroom home with pool

Tom's beautiful, comfortable home is impeccably clean and well-maintained. We have been coming to Yuma for the holidays for many years, and have never been able to find a 5-bedroom home, so we always end up in a hotel. But this year, we struck gold as Tom put his home on VRBO for the first time. I was a little nervous, as there were not many reviews, but I had nothing to worry about. The house is much better than the listing suggests. There are five full bedrooms (the master bedroom is gorgeous, with a huge bathroom and walk-in closet). Each bedroom has its own smart TV! (My children were very happy!) There are two living room / den areas, both with massive smart TVs. The kitchen is fantastic, stocked with everything we needed to cook a delicious Thanksgiving meal. Outside is a pool (which we didn't use in November, but which would be delightful in the Yuma summer) and a fantastic-looking gas grill. The lemon tree was laden with fruit, which we quickly converted into lemonade and lemon curd pie. Communication with Tom and his daughter, Leslie, was very good. Although we had no problems during our stay, I am confident that if we needed anything, they would have responded promptly. Oh! And did I mention the delicious cookies that were waiting for us on check-in? Perfect! We will gladly stay there again, if they will have us! :-)

Very large house for big gatherings, and plenty of space for privacy for all. The pool is great in the summer time, which is pretty much 8 months out of the year in Yuma, AZ.
