**Professionally Managed Property locally by Après Vacation Homes**
Enjoy this cozy and convenient one-bedroom in the Prospector Square neighborhood of Park City. The free citywide shuttle bus stops right out the front door, allowing easy access to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resorts. Enjoy numerous restaurants, nightclubs, shops, and galleries on historic Main Street. Across the street from the historic Rail Trail, allowing access to Park City's extensive trail system for hiking and biking.
Comfortable accommodations for two guests in a queen bed. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Spacious living space including a fireplace and Mountain Views, Smart TV with Streaming, DVD, and dining table with four chairs. This complex is equipped with an elevator, plus common area laundry facilities.
House Rules:
~Check-in time is 4:00 PM
~Check-out time is 11:00 AM
~Early check-in or late check-out is not allowed during the months of December through March. Please check for availability all other months.
~All reservations must submit identification and sign the Après Vacation Homes management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking
~Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~No Pets
~No Smoking/Vaping
~No large gatherings
~Reservation holder must complete check-in
~Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
Après Vacation Homes complies with all applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA). If a guest will be traveling with a service animal, they are required to notify us prior to check-in.
