We wanted to stay in a property that was walkable to downtown. This place was great. It was off the main street which made it a quiet location but was a quick walk to the busy downtown areas. The property had everything we needed. Loved it. We will absolutely recommend this spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay. Very clean studio with a great shower and large bathroom. Excellent location within walking distance to fun attractions. Super responsive host with an easy check-in and checkout process. Beautiful historic home. We will definitely return!

I would recommend staying here to anyone. It’s a great spot to walk to downtown which is a place I’d love to come back to. The accommodation is first class, very clean, great layout and the host communicates everything early and very clearly. We have had a fantastic stay here nothing but great things to say about it. Hopefully we can come back again Thanks

Great location in downtown Pensacola. Walking distance to everything. The room was clean and very welcoming. Comfortable bed! Will definitely stay again!

Super cute space that’s so much larger than expected! Adorable backyard! Great communication from owner and literally the most comfortable bed ever! And great location for an easy walk to all of downtown’s fun! We would absolutely stay again!

Our first impression was very good. The studio was spacious and clean and the kitchenette was nice with the Keurig coffee maker. The location was excellent for going downtown, the fishing pier, restaurants, and the Naval Air Station Museum. However, we found out the parking situation was not as stated. We were not assured the parking spot right outside the apartment and it was a rainy weekend. The bed was a queen size, not king as stated. There was no cable with the TV and you had to connect your own streaming service which was not previously noted and we did not have available. We had an electric breaker issue which the owner addressed quickly. Overall it was ok, but not as good as expected.

The stay here was great, loved the large bathroom and the shower head !!! It’s the perfect distance from anywhere we went! Definitely recommend staying here and would stay again! Host responded fast to any questions we had!! Thank you for the great stay!

Great studio apartment, roomy and very nice accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Coffee, waters and snacks were a very nice unexpected surprise. Very large bathroom, and while we did not use it, laundry facility was available upstairs. The courtyard was quiet with a nice fire-pit, grill and corn hole to unwind after a day around town. If staying in downtown pensacola this is a great location near great restaurants and venues. Host was great, and responds to any communication quickly.

The property was exactly as pictured and perfect location. We was 2 blocks from downtown Pensacola where they had a venue of different people with item’s for sale in the middle of town. Very easy access to what ever you want to do. Beach was 15 minute drive, Interstate was very close to property to go anywhere you want. The bed was very comfortable, room clean, owner very easy to contact, loved the outside area as it was private and too cute!!! We was able to check in an hour earlier as the room was ready and owner emailed us to tell us we could check in when we arrived. That’s a first as I use VRBO often and no one has let us check in earlier than advertised. Very nice owner!!! Great place to stay!
