The place was very clean and comfortable. Although a few utensils I needed were missing from the kitchen, I managed to make it work. I would stay there again.

Very clean duplex and so close to Univ of West FL! All the amenities were present and check out instructions were reasonable. Air conditioning worked well and beds were so comfortable! It was very convenient to have the brewery/restaurant just steps from the backyard and saved lots of time looking for places to eat. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very cute little house, with full kitchen and stacked washer/dryer. Comfortable beds, cozy living room, nice stools for eating at the roomy counter. Front porch has lovely vibe for coffee, lots of birdsong in the morning. Private back yard with access to the excellent brewery/restaurant directly behind, which has live music most nights, and someone is always hanging out at the firepit in a sociable mood. Great location if you have business in the Ellyson Industrial Park, or UWF. Only about 30 minutes to the beach too!

Completely worked for our needs between Milton and Pensacola, and a bonus was walking distance to Goat Lips Chew and Brew. Spacious parking, sweet kitty cat.

Great little place

Super cute, well appointed two bedroom in a quiet little neighborhood. There is a very quaint little restaraunt/bar nearby with good food for when you don't feel like cooking. Would 100% stay here again

Beautiful space

This is a beautiful home perfect for a small family. The check-in process was smooth and easy and the home is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the living room speace is great. It about a 20 minute drive to The Pensacola Beach, and 15 minutes from the Pensacola Bay Center.

it was check-in time on my day to arrive and I had not received anything about how to access the property. I did finally get a message back after my plane landed later in the evening after I requested information. When we checked in, it was extremely dark. It was very hard to find the property because maps said it was the house two houses before the real house and I was pretty confused. main complaint is the bathroom had hair on the toilet seat which was still fully wet in the sink and in the tub. there were hairs in both beds on the sheets. It did not smell like the sheets were fresh and the comforter I’m assuming does not get washed because the host will ask you to not put it on the floor, but leave it on the bed. There were no extra blankets and the good thing is the AC got very cold. The bed was super soft but pillows hard. I didn’t know the first night that the owner lives attached to the house on the left and there is a door they can lock from their side, but you have no way to lock from your side. As a single mom with a child that was concerning not having a way to feel a little bit more secure. there are lots of trees and cicadas over the house and of course we killed many bugs, including red ants in the bathroom. I never heard an apology or anything from the owner only from the host that is not connected to living in this house. I was disappointed in this stay. I would not stay again.

Great Place to Stay

A beautiful, clean two bedroom home located within 10 minutes of the mall, 15 minutes to downtown, or 20 minutes to the beach. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with cookware and appliances. Nice living room with smart TV. We especially loved going to the restaurant/bar located close by which served good food and live music daily. A special thank you to the host for excellent communication and making us feel at home. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Pensacola.
