The place was clean enough, the bed was comfy and the water was hot. It was close to everything. The beach, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Very cute place. A lot bigger than what we expected. Host answered my questions very quickly. Very easy check in with no issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Had good communication with the host and then she ghosted me as when we got to the property around 11:30 that night because of our flight being changed because of a maintenance issue to find only one towel and one wash cloth for 4 people. We searched the entire cottage and there were no more. All we wanted was to get a good night sleep and a hot shower! One person was able to shower. I have stayed at a lot of places throughout my time and have never given a review like this but when you are told something that is not true and then they take the easy way out and ghost you isn’t right.

I am a little conflicted on this review. For context our own home is over 200 years old so we get quirky. I feel like the best term to describe this property is "lipstick on a pig". I will say that we did not pay a premium price for the property so I tried to keep that in mind when reviewing this. It feels like the property was refurbished by only touching things that are visible like the floors, the ceiling tiles, and wall accents, without addressing the bones of the property. The floors have lots of soft spots in the bathrooms and very uneven floors throughout. The furniture in the living room did not appear to be very clean and the antique blue couch is just not comfortable at all, it is like the furniture in your grandparents house in that one room no one was allowed in. We had encountered 3 spiders in the two days there, the outside is overrun by vegetation and feels very neglected. No checkout instructions were sent, the AC works very well throughout. Kitchen is large. You have to stand on a chair to pull the strings on the ceiling fans if you want the fan on without the light on. I would suggest replacing them with fans that have remote controls. The beds were not comfortable at all and the pillows were flat. The shower curtain in the shower was probably 8 inches too short and so water would end up on the floor. The blinds were broken in several areas, overspray paint on the fridge and windows. We would not stay here again regardless of the price.

The property was not cleaned prior to our arrival and the smell of cigarettes was very overwhelming. None of the furniture was cleaned and there was hair in the beds when we arrived. Would not recommend booking this to anybody.

We were here for a Dance Competition at the Pensacola Bay Center…The house was a 2 minute drive—15 minute drive to the beach and Boardwalk… GREAT accommodations for the price… Host answered questions in a timely manner… Home has older feel with lots of character and charm…
