We spent an entire month in Erie visiting family and this place served our purpose very well. We especially appreciated the fenced back yard for our two dogs. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery store nearby, convenient location.

Rental was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable beds, great location- about 20 min from beach. Perfect for our family - 2 adults and 2 young kids to enjoy Presque Isle.Lots of great amenities close by- grocery store, gas stations, great little indie book store and coffee shop, and delicious bagel shop. Communication with Eduardo was easy and efficient. Check in and checkout easy. Would stay here again.

Clean and as advertised. Only issue is that the step up to the back door is high and my wife had difficulty with it. An extra step would have been useful.Presque Isle State Park is wonderful. We had a great time taking Reesie to the dog friendly beach between Presque Isle Beach #3 and #6. We parked at beach #3 and walked a short distance to the dog friendly section past the lifeguarded area. The host was very responsive and friendly.

This is the 2nd time renting this place for a weekend. Eduardo was great, again. We had no issues whatsoever. Check in and check out went smoothly and we enjoyed our time here except for the 40 mph winds the first night and the rain but that couldn’t be helped. Overall A for our stay

Comfortable and complete accommodations with easy access to Erie (Peach St, 26th St, 38th St, 12th St, Bayfront). Plenty of space for my family of 3, and it could accommodate more, if needed. The street was quiet and even had walkable stores. The host is incredibly responsive.

The beds were terrible and the couch was not as in the picture. Part of the couch in the picture was there but then it was a random other couch that did not match up to the other one. None of the doors stayed open, floors were terribly slanted. Two seat for sitting to eat made it hard to sit and eat like a family. Water pressure was abysmal. One curtain panel in each window allowed too much light to come in. No curtains in the other bedroom. There was some upside to the property, the fenced in yard was nice for the dogs. Close in proximity to waldemeer and mill creek mall and tons of other stores/outlets.

Eduardo is an excellent host! If this is still available when we come back to the area, we are definitely going to book here again!Small, cozy, two-bedroom place, convenient location in Erie, PA. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a small family.We stayed during a winter storm, and communication about getting the driveway plowed was prompt.

Great place to stay for a small family in Erie!

Small house but just what we needed. Had good communications with the Property Manager. Nice little fire pit in back yard. A guy 2 blocks away was selling fire wood for $5! Decent location to all things to do in Erie. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Weekend stay

My friends and I stayed at this property for 2 nights and it was perfect. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided and the place was extremely clean. The location was also very convenient, there were many restaurants and other attractions right in the area. No more than a 10-15 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this stay if you are looking in the Erie, PA area!

The perfect place to stay!

Ed was friendly and helpful and when we got to the house everything was immaculately clean, smelled good and full of unexpected amenities like coffee, shower essentials and a full range of TV options for the rainy days. The house has its own private driveway and yard with outdoor seating and a fire pit and an overall welcoming and relaxing charm. It's located close to pretty much everything you could want to do and is easy to find. We can't wait to stay here again! Thank you!

Great little place for us and our little ones.

Great location. One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. The owner is very friendly and responsive. It is smaller but checked all the boxes for our family. With toddlers we didn't want a big place with stairs so it was perfect. They have stocked all the essentials and have a great cable setup and large couch for relaxing after a long day. Plus it felt safe and has a perfectly central location. We hope to be back!
