Less than 15 miles from Lancaster County’s most popular wedding venues such as Lauxmont Farms, Cameron Estate, Stone Gable Estates and so many more! Enjoy the convenience of a short drive to many family friendly attractions, such as Dutch Wonderland and Hershey Park!

Travel up the tree tunneled driveway and find a fully renovated 1800’s modern farmhouse. You will quickly feel at home in this fully updated kitchen, boasting brand new stainless steel appliances and beautiful bright white quartz countertops. Perfect for hosting friends and family!
Enjoy the brand new hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor that lead you into the “original” summer kitchen furnished with a queen sized bed and warmth from the cast iron propane fireplace.

Amazing stay!

We stayed here for a field hockey tournament at Spooky Nook. It was perfect! The home was beautiful. It has just enough bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s clean and well decorated. The owners were excellent communicators. We loved our stay. Thank you!

This home was just amazing! We were so impressed with everything about it! Great Property!!

I stayed at the property last summer with my family. The property and the home were beautiful. Lots of outdoor space for my 3 young kids to run and explore. The property was very clean and well maintained, and stocked most everything that you would need for your stay. I loved the updates of the home, while also keeping the charm and character of the original home. The host was great with communication and was very easy to contact and answered any questions that I had. Will definitely be looking to book here again the next time we come to PA to visit family

Impressive Property!

Everything about this property was perfect! The restoration of such an old house is very impressive with all of the luxuries of present day. Our only issue was propane in the grill was very low and one call to Colleen and they brought over propane right away. You won’t regret booking this VRBO!

Great house and location

We spent the weekend here for a 40th birthday. Cute town close by with a great antique shop and brewery. We slept comfortably and the home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again

Really enjoyed the stay. Lovely spaces, well equipped. Easy location for getting around the area. Stairs to second floor are steep and would recommend owner get room darkening shades for bedrooms.

Family wedding weekend hangout

When our son and his fiancée chose a wedding venue in Lancaster County, we were looking for a place with room for us to all hang out together (when there was time to. Relax). This was the perfect place for it. And it is minutes from Lancaster and some nice restaurants and a river trail in Marietta.

Beautiful Home!

We spent 6 nights in this beautiful home. It is exactly as shown in the pictures: comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The hosts have remodeled it with all the conveniences (that lovely primary bathroom shower!) but kept the authentic touches and charm throughout. The house is up a shared wooded drive, private yet very close to everything. And yes, we did see the deer most days. This was a working vacation for us, so we were grateful for the strong wifi. The owners were exceptionally responsive. Absolutely recommend.

INCREDIBLE!

This home is as equally comfortable as it is beautiful!! With an open floor plan, the perfect blend of modern and farmhouse, and the original brick walls and beams all add so much charm to an already welcoming atmosphere! It sits on a very quiet road, yet is close to all that Lancaster has to offer!! We comfortably filled the home with three married couples, two toddlers and a 9 year old! We all had a great night sleep in the comfortable beds and the owner, Colleen was available for any questions we had. Don’t hesitate to try this 5 star VRBO!!

Quaint yet Modern

Colleen was an incredible host and communication was excellent. The farmhouse retains its character but is completely remodeled to give all the modern conveniences. Colleen has decorated the home beautifully and attention to detail was very much appreciated. We loved the house, very quiet neighborhood and close to Lancaster for local restaurants and shopping at the outlets. We will definitely stay again.

Hidden gem!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. It’s was a smooth and easy check in. The house was very clean! Beautifully decorated, we loved how the owners kept some of the original parts of the house mixed with luxury living. We highly recommend! One small suggestion would to have more dinnerware and more variety of cooking utensils and large bowls. This also could be bc this property is newly rented and the owners may still stocking up on the items for kitchen. All in all was a great stay!

Lovely Property

This property is lovely and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it. Everything was clean and orderly and the property manager was very accomodating. We made a couple of suggestions to the her, but the only real complaint we had was the lack of a hair dryer in the home. It is not listed on the essentials list, but we didn't catch it, as we just assumed that would be a given. So, very good experience overall. You shouldn't hesitate to say yes to this home.

Lovely spacious home

Our family of 8 including 3 children spent great Christmas vacations at this lovely remodeled home! It was a mix of farm house and modern style. Lots of space for everyone in a very quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the fast internet. We enjoyed Christmas lights display at the Longwood garden nearby. Lots of good memories.
