Stayed here two times in the last month for softball. We really enjoyed our stay. Cute older home with upgrades and charm. It is very well maintained and has everything you need.

This was a wonderful property and we had an amazing stay! They supplied everything needed and more. I love the extra details that added to the stay. The hosts are AMAZING people.

House was good but neighborhood was questionable! But close to so many attractions. I wish there was creamer/milk for coffee. Overall a good stay, but neighborhood scared me!

I am so sorry to hear the neighborhood felt unsettling to you. We always want our guests to feel completely at ease, though I can assure you we have never had any issues with safety or with our neighbors. I also apologize for the missing creamer. We do typically keep it stocked for our guests, but we unfortunately ran out just before your arrival and didn't realize it. We have since made sure it is fully restocked for future stays. Rodeo Hideaway

Present Street was perfect for our short family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We travel A LOT and have stayed in many types of places and this accommodation was the most thoughtful and organized of any we have visited.

Perfect place for 3 friends to laugh and catch up. Located close to great restaurants and shopping. The house was meticulously clean, beds comfy and huge kitchen with the perfect dining table to sit for hours and talk. The owners give quick response and are so easy to work with. Perfect location for concerts at Smart Financial-just a short ride. Owner’s have put their heart and soul into this historical home.

Lovely house

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this historic house, lovingly renovated and upgraded by the owners. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed, was very spacious for our family of four, and we very ccomfortable here

Present St Place

Loved the property, can tell it was an older house but inside was nice and clean. Whole process was nice and smooth, owners were great communicating with.

Fantastic house

Convenient stay

This property is great and very convenient. Very clean, very easy to get to, with clear instructions etc. We used it as a secondary "home from home" to basically sleep at after a day out. It served our purpose perfectly.

Welcoming and cozy stay in historic gem

This property was one of the most welcoming and hospitable places I have ever stayed. Hosts put much thought and attention to every detail to make guests’ stays comfortable and worry-free. We felt so at home during our stay. Everything was so clean, and beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed and loved the stay in this charming home with quite a story. Hosts were great communicators and provided just the right amount of communications in such a gracious and friendly manner. We would definitely stay here again—if it’s available!

A visit with family

The area was lovely and quiet. Like being in the country. The yard is large. There were cranes and mallards in the water!! The house is as pictured and is lovely. It has plenty of space. It was like visiting family in the country

Great Experience

The owners did a great job remodeling this old house to make it functional for modern use. They kept some old styles and decor. The street was busy and loud, but quiet down by bedtime. The house was well stocked and had tips and ID cards to find things. Very well organized and stocked.

Comfortable

The house was very comfortable. It felt very much like home while we were there. There was quite a bit of traffic on the road by the house, which is not the fault of the homeowners, but something to consider if you’re used to country living like we are. We had a little glitch with the code when we first arrived, but the hosts were quick to get us in and fix the issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house was a good fit for our family.

Amazing Home

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you'll for a wonderful hosting. I say so because it's the warmness and beauty of you home that made our stay memorable. Your home is beautiful and well equipped. There is nothing you could not find inside. It's amazing how clean to the t your home is. Stayed for marathon weekend

The listing description is accurate. It is a very multi-cultural neighborhood. So much so that we questioned whether or not to stay when we pulled up after dark the first night. Once you enter, the home is a cute little home with charm and smell of an old home. Pros:Big, updated kitchen; TVs with streaming apps, nice sheets, towels, etc; They even keep a backstock of toiletries; Lots of cute signs and instructions are helpful! Lots of communication from owner which was kind. Cons:VERY loud! So much so that we couldn’t stay here again which is sad bc it’s precious and the owners are very kind. The street is very busy ALL night. We slept horribly the first night. We wised up and bought earplugs second night.

Present Street Place was PERFECT for us!

Came to Houston for a stay in the hospital. My son came along to help us so a motel would have been kind of cramped/uncomfortable while they waited 4 days/3 nights for my release. We found the place absolutely immaculate upon our arrival. It had a quaint old farmhouse feel coupled with modern amenities in the kitchen/baths. There's even 2 lift beds in one room for recovering from procedures. The living room was very comfortable as was the king bed we used. Halfway through our stay the wall mounted microwave just stopped working. We let them know and they had a countertop replacement the very next day! It's a short distance to alt 90 highway that leads right down to the med center. 20 minutes in normal traffic....WELL WORTH THE DRIVE! We highly recommend Present Street Place and would not stay elsewhere if we ever return. They even asked/were concerned about my condition and said they'd be praying for me! My procedure went well and our overall experience was better than good, it was GREAT!!

Updated Vintage Charm

We rented this property in order to visit family in Sugar Land. It is close to major thoroughfares & directions to find the home were clear & concise. We were able to park under a carport which is a wonderful option with the hot Texas sun. The code on the door was easy to use (although somewhat hard to see before you touch the first number). Entering the home through the laundry room allows you to remove shoes, drop bags, etc. The washer & dryer are easy to use. The kitchen is very large & well-stocked. We found everything we needed to prepare our meals & there were a few staples (salt, pepper, etc) in the cupboard. The living room has plenty of seating, a desk for working & a smart TV. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 at the front of the house & 1 at the back. The biggest room is at the front & has a TV. The other room at the front has twin beds. These 2 use the bathroom in the hall. The back bedroom has a double bed & an ensuite. The front 2 rooms experienced quite a bit of noise from the road and, even with white noise apps, it was often very loud. The back bedroom is much better so if you're a light sleeper, best to choose that one! The shared bathroom is quite large & the home has plenty of towels/washcloths. The thermostat in the hallway is easy to use & keeps the home very comfortable. The wifi works well & reaches throughout the home. The hosts are incredibly responsive. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & would rent the home again if we were in the area!
