The well-equipped, full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, while meals can be enjoyed together at the nearby table for six or outside on the furnished patio. Swim in your private pool/spa and soak up some sun! Play some bocce all framed by a gorgeous mountain backdrop, or enjoy the board games and a library for inside. With just a short walk to Old Town La Quinta Cove you can enjoy the weekend farmers markets and history of La Quinta proper.

Security camera details: There are four active security cameras on-site: Camera 1 - Located on left corner of garage, looks at the driveway only. Camera 2 - Located above front door, looking towards wall, away from pool area. Camera 3 - Located atop patio awning, pointing towards back driveway only. Camera 4 - Located on house's back wall, looking at pool equipment only.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
