This beautiful 3 bedrooms 3 bath, single-story Villa has all the amenities for an enjoyable vacation. Large screen TV in the living room with movie channels. Smaller TV in the master bedrooms. The large patio just off the living room has spectacular views of the mountains. Enjoy cocktails and dining from your private outdoor dining room.

8 guest maximum over night, 12 guest daytime maximum

There is a large clubhouse with a bar, restaurant, fitness center and multiple pools. Enjoy the pool & spa just steps from your vacation home. The clubhouse can accommodate larger groups with catering available.

The property has an electric grill and the pool at the clubhouse has propane grills. NO CHARCOAL GRILLS ALLOWED.

For families with children, there is an over-sized children's pool with turtles spouting water for the young ones. The entire community is nestled in a small cove with mountains on three sides.
There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement during Coachella and Stagecoach.

Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

No high-profile cars are allowed.

Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.

We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

Fantastic home. Very comfortable beds. Two pools within steps of the front door. Property was beautiful, and had everything you would need. Loved the two master bedrooms. I have been renting through VRBO for years, this was the easiest experience I've ever had.

We loved staying here on a quick family weekend to the desert. Accommodations were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location and lovely neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do during our stay. We loved it!

The kids LOVED the bunk bed room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal. Beds were all comfortable. Would definitely book again!

This unit is a perfect place for 3 adult couples, as everyone gets their own bedroom and bathroom. The amenities were quite sufficient and the kitchen was well equipped. It is in a very quiet location. We would certainly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was beautiful. It was clean, well maintained and we didn't experience any problems. We also thought the property was amazing. Great for walking. Lots of pools.

My family loved our stay. This was a great property in Legacy Villas, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the patio was lovely for enjoying a morning coffee with mountain views.

Wonderful home. Plenty of room for everyone. Quiet neighborhood. Gated and safe community. Beautiful pools and lots of palm trees. Hammocks to relax in and fountains to listen too. Will definitely be coming back. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Located near great restaurants and shopping centers. We liked the La Quinta Cliff house and Lavender Bistro!
