Large spacious condo(2100 sq ft) in the heart of Osage Beach.

Penthouse condo with vaulted ceilings, open floor plan and large deck...gorgeous views.

The condo was beautiful and roomy. It had everything we needed for a very nice stay. It accommodated our large group nicely. The view is gorgeous. There was more walking/steps than we expected around the property.

Had a great week vacation with kids & grandkids. This 2 story unit overlooks the main channel & we would sit out in the morning & every evening after a day full of of boating fun and watch the night time activities on the lank wind down. The owner went well above to help us find a boat slip in the Condo docks & kept in contact to ensure everything was good after the 4th of July storm that rolled through. Plenty of room for all of us to really enjoy the week. Thanks for a great week

We experienced a couple of issues with the property during our stay (air conditioner quit working, 2nd floor water to toilet turned off and clogged in loft), but the property owners were prompt in responding to and resolving the issues. The dryer does not dry well, likely due to the visible lint accumulation. We enjoyed the pool and beach access. I would recommend bringing something to sit on at the sandy beach, because the chairs featured in the photo were not at the beach when we got there. Beautiful view of the main channel. My husband enjoyed watching the variety of boats and jet skis as they cruised the lake.

Family vacation

We had a great time here! It accommodated all our needs great view from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans etc. Close to boat rental place and others outings. Communication was great and check in and out was easy! Definitely family friendly for all ages and would stay here again!

Geatview, clean property

Very nice, clean condo in the heart of all the lake action. Plenty of room and awsome views of the main channel. Well stocked unit and everything worked great.

1st year with family, will do it again.

We had a great time, wish there were less steps, but great exercise and the main floor bathroom tub faucet is actually on backwards hard to control, but we managed. Would visit again. Shannon was great with communication.

Awesome condo!

The hostess was amazing to work with for this trip. Super accommodating. The condo itself was incredibly clean and very well kept. One awesome surprise was how nice the beds were. I have stayed at several condos at the lake and no ones back hurt after sleeping on these mattresses. I wish every place was like this one.

Nice Getaway

Great space for a family getaway. Lots of room for the whole family. The updates to the kitchen appliances were a nice touch. The living room had huge windows displaying an awesome view of the lake. Several restaurants in close proximity made it nice with having a bigger group. Shannon was very easy to reach to answer any questions we had prior to coming. We will be back to rent again!

40th Birthday party with group of 8!

Our stay was amazing!! Place was very clean and exactly how it was explained on site. Everything you need for a week stay! Just a little advice of you are being your own boat: you can not park trailer at property! The Glaize Marina at the State park is the place to dock $5.00 and you can leave your trailer for $5.00 a day!! Our stay was awesome and great view of the water!!

family christmas in june

Too many steps for 70 yr. old. Pool inconvenient. Beach too far away. Air conditioner couldn't keep up.

Thank you for your stay and review. While the AC did have troubles upon your check in, we did have the HVAC company arrive within 45 minutes of the original maintenance call and the temp did hold the remaining of your stay. Also, the entire AC and furnace has been replaced upon your departure. The condo is on the top floor, there are stairs from the parking lot and to the Pointe Pool. We do have this noted on the listing for transparency.

Family Reunion

This property fit our family perfectly! Enough space and bedrooms for everyone. The view is amazing and the deck is wonderful added space. The pools were put to good use by the grandchildren and the beach was smaller than expected, but still fun for the kids. There were many activities near the condo (golf, shopping, restaurants). We were also glad a hospital was near and happy we didn't need to use it. The one issue that we had was handled by the owner. (Thank you!) The dryer takes awhile to get things dry and it would be helpful to have beach towels at the condo to use as we forgot ours. It was a delightful stay and we would come back!
