This place was perfect for us as a couple but could easily accommodate two couples or a couple with kids. You can literally walk to the Pelada beach in one minute which we loved. Beautiful surroundings of tropical plants and pool area. We will definitely be back !!!

This was our fist stay in Costa Rica and we loved the location of this place!The pool is amazing and short path to the beautiful beach. Air conditioning was so nice since it wad hot and humid. Need 4 x4 if you want to get anywhere right out of the area otherwise plan to walk or take a tuk tuk Enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back

I would definitely stay here again! Very quiet and clean. Easy 5 min walk to the beach right from the property. Even though it’s a shared pool we never saw anyone and had it to ourselves!

Location excellent - very short walk to the beach and great local restaurants. The place was very clean, AC kept the place cool and well stocked kitchen. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

The location was wonderful, short walk to Playa Pelada. 7 restaurants and 2 bodegas were within easy walking distance. Our host responded immediately to questions. The property manager was also very friendly and responsive. The villa was well appointed.

You can’t beat this location. A few minute walk through the complexes property to the most amazing sunset beach. You can also walk to beach restaurants and all the way to Playa Guiones. Complex is shaded which is great for the mid day heat to chill by pool. The place is very chill with full time residence and visitors. Got to see monkeys and birds daily

Great Location in Nosara

If you are looking for a quiet location but close enough to everything Nosara has to offer, this is the place. Nice condo complex with private path to beach and inviting pool.

Love the location!

A wonderful place to stay

Thanks Oscar for helping make our trip to Nosara so lovely. The condo was perfect for our needs. Just steps away from the beautiful beach and wonderful restaurants. The condo was very comfortable and AC worked great.

Amazing location

Loved the authentic Costa Rican restaurants and culture. The proximity of the ocean and beach was perfect. The sunset was spectacular at the beach. Temperature of the ocean, pool and air the same… just perfect!

Wonderful honeymoon spot

We greatly enjoyed the house, perfect for relaxing on a rainy day or walking to the beach for beautiful sunsets. We were there in rainy season, rent a 4x4 with high clearance, the roads are bad in all of nosara. The place had all the basic necessities.

We had 2 couples so the 2 bedrooms worked well. The in home washer and dryer was convenient. The A/C was very necessary as well as all the ceiling fans. There was a compost pile just off the path to the beach we contributed to many times! Some furnishings need some updating. Some hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms would be nice. Only 3 beach chairs, 3 beach towels and the shade tent was missing the poles. This unit was close to the pool. We had a great time and sampled most of the restaurants which are walkable on beach or the road.

Beautiful!

This condo is located in the perfect spot. A short walk down the path and you are on the beach. Close enough to walk to several restaurants and a perfect bakery/smoothie place! Plenty of space and beautiful garden in front.
