This is the B side of a duplex. There is no worry about noise from the neighbors, the builder added extra soundproofing between the units. Great view of the Sacramento mountains from the backyard. Fire ring and grill in the backyard for outdoor entertainment. Fully furnished kitchen, linens, and towels. All you need to bring are your clothes and personal items.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. Full size in the other 2 bedrooms.

It is a lovely place from which to be able to get to all of the adventures and visiting with family in the area and still have a good rest after long days. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We were located in a perfect place. Near shopping, attractions, restaurants and only 10 min from Hollman AFB. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Carol even had snacks for us when we arrived. They were really appreciated since it was after 12 am. There is the cutest enclosed backyard where we could hang out and a grill we made use of. The price was extremely reasonable. If or when we go back, I definitely hope this home will be available! Thank you Carol for sharing your beautiful home!

Alamogordo

The house was very charming. We enjoyed being able to use the grill and eat outside. It was close to a grocery store and White Sands. We would stay there again.

winter visit to White Sands

Just as advertised. Comfortable, clean, even had a Christmas tree and my husband loved the garage.

Mountain View’s/ complete relaxation!

This is an amazing place to stay! We highly recommend it! We would sit outside and view the mountains while the kids played with the ball in the yard. They have everything you need for staying short or long term! We stayed for 8 days and just loved it. The host was so communicative and answered us right away if we had a question. Don’t think twice, just rent this place!

Baseball Getaway

We were in town for a baseball tournament and location was minutes from the fields. Had a perfect setup in the backyard for some batting practice as well. Didn’t get to use the fire pit but the grill worked out perfect. R

Nice Home Close to White Sands N.P.

Our family stayed here while visiting White Sands N.P. (only 20 minutes drive to the visitor center). The home had everything we needed for a restful stay. Check-in/check-out was very easy. All the beds and pillows were comfortable. Shampoo, soap and hair dryer were provided. It was lovely to have drinking water and garage parking, too. We took advantage of the plastic saucers and we left wax for the next family to use for super fast sand sledding at the national park. Lowe’s grocery store was close by. We ate at DH Lescombes twice and would’ve gone again if we had more time. The only suggestion is to remove all the scented plug-ins. Other than that, we'd definitely recommend the home to others visiting the Alamogordo area.

Nice place

Very good details for renting , location was perfect for us as we visited a family member who lives nearby as it was a family emergency . Everything worked out perfect rental very clean and roomy Nice little back yard had everything we needed no major issues , we really enjoyed the place and location . Owner replied quickly with my questions .

Family Stay For Funeral

This place was a great place for our family to stay. It was very spacious, had a great back yard with artificial grass for the kids to play, and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes in the kitchen. We parked 2 cars in the garage. It also had a water machine that provided cold, room temp, or hot water. The water bottle in the machine ran out of water and the host quickly delivered us another bottle. We will probably use this place again when we make trips down for Thanksgiving. We extended our stay while there and the host let us extend our stay for a decent price.

Clean & Comfortable Home

The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home with a garage and small backyard. It had a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 TVs with Netflix and more!

Great find

We found this great place last minute and was very grateful! It had enough space for my family of 4 and in town son and the backyard was perfect. It was clean and provided a well stocked kitchen .
