Nancy, you reported the Nest Thermostat was not working. I was on the phone with you telling you how to operate it, but it was not responding. Since i was out of town i sent my maintenance man over. Who put it on a charger to make sure it was fully charged. Long story short. It was not discharged. You reset the thermostat which disconnected it from the network. It was your operator error. All you needed to do to operate the thermostat was turn the dial. I responded imeadiately to your call and sent help. You caused the problem, caused me a service call fee and then gave us a bad review. Not very professional. Same thing with the toilet backing up. We are on a septic system. We have notices in the bathrooms about not flushing baby wipes down the toilet. The toilet would not flush and backed up because it was plugged up with baby wipes. The entire plumbing and drain lines were replaced when the home was remodeled 7 years ago. There are no plumbing problems with this house. I sent a company to check on the problem. The discharge filter in the septic tank was blocked by baby wipes. It would not allow water to exit the tank to enter the drain field. This cause the line to back up, making the toilet and shower back up. As a owner/host, we can have a home in perfect condition but we cant keep control the actions of our guests.

I'm sorry you did not find the master bed to be comfortable. The mattress is only a couple of years old and of high quality. It is actually an adjustable bed and each side can be adjusted and has a message function. Most of our guests have enjoyed this bed. .
