The kitchen and living room are spacious. I would stay there again. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. Queen bed in one room is super squeaky and the A/C didn’t work well in the bedrooms.

Branson was quick to respond to any of our questions leading up to our stay. The home was welcoming and fit our need for the weekend. The location is close to the downtown Sandusky area with a plethora of restaurants options.

Our stay was awesome. We loved the accommodates and the location. We were able to visit Cedar Point, tge beach and Ghostly Manor and all was less than a 15 minutes drive. We would choose ths location again.

Our stay was enjoyable. We were only in town for 3 nights and everything went smoothly for us. The property was in a location that was convenient to the sports complex where we spent most of our days. It was just the right size for 4 adults & 4 children to rest each night before another day at the ballpark.

Great House Near Cedar Point

This was a wonderful, very clean and large updated home just 10 minutes from Cedar Point! It was perfect for our 2 day stay with 2 families! Would definitely stay her again next time we are in Sandusky!

Very nice place!

Stayed 3 days with teammates for a fishing tournament on Lake Erie. This place accommodated us well and was very conveniently located. Updated, beautifully and very clean!

Spacious!

Had a great stay at this property! The host was wonderful and called me after we had checked out to tell me that we left a suitcase and helped coordinate me getting it back. The location is a little off the beaten path but a short drive or walk to every thing we needed. I would def stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable house. All the amenities we could have asked for. The property and renter was very accommodating to us. No better place to stay

House was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. The host was great to work with and communicate with. We stay there at least 4 weeks a year

Long Weekend Trip

We came with family/friends/teens and everyone loved the home! The common areas were large and inviting which was great for spending time with each other. Cedar point was down the road and the drive was super easy! Branson was great with communication which made the stay even more smooth- definitely recommend this place!

Great vacation home!

This place was SUPER home-y! My friends and I celebrated my birthday here & loved the setup. The bedrooms had wonderful beds, bathrooms up-to-date & clean, and common areas (kitchen, dining, & living rooms) were quite accommodating & comfortable. I was disappointed we were only staying for a weekend LOL would definitely book this property and/or this owner again.

Really great stay

The house was perfect! Clean and well put together. We did have some trouble with the noise and parking due to the bar across the street. They took all parking and were drinking and yelling right outside our bedroom😒 As long as we staryed

Decent place. Great for larger groups.

The inside is just as the pictures look. Relatively clean. Was not a fan of the neighborhood. Loud cars and motorcycles all night long, and with the windows being in terrible shape, some didn't close all the way, it felt like the vehicles were inside. All in all, a decent place for your large gathering.

I’ll come back in the summer it was a new year’s trip so we was in the house for the trip the front room gets a little cold but the house is roomy clean the neighborhoods is quiet we love it all around

Volleyball trip

This place worked well for our two families. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The kitchen is huge. The location is an older neighborhood. We were only 10 minutes to the Cedar Point sports complex, and it was an easy drive. The house was clean and stocked well.

Cedar Point Getaway

Many thanks to the owner for allowing us to use this outstanding property during a family (of 5) getaway to Cedar Point. Communication and check-in were super smooth. The property was clean and the kitchen was calling our names to crank out amazing family dishes. So many options for separate spaces for kids to read, rest & scroll social media while also affording high quality community spaces to play games, cook, catch up, and plan the next getaway. Thanks for time and effort taken on your end resulting in an outstanding stay!

This charming old house has serious character. At first, the neighborhood seemed a bit rough, but hey, it's all good once you get used to it. The area was hoppin’- with police presence, which is reassuring. The couch is comfy, but it's had its fair share of snacks and crumbs. We also discovered the remote control taking a well-deserved nap under the cushions, probably conserving battery life, or so we claim. The owner chimed in with, 'Now that I think about it, I remember seeing it on the TV stand before you checked in,' which roughly translates to 'don't blame us.' Hmmm. Glad we didn't find a TV stand buried under the couch too, since the coffee table is sufficient - and there's no TV stand in sight. On the bright side, the bedrooms are average, spacious and the beds were clean and comfy. If you’re a pillow enthusiast, BYOP as those provided lack fluff and enthusiasm. If you have dust allergies, it’s spotty, so bring your meds! Carpet is fairly new and clean. The air conditioner works great downstairs but doesn’t cool the upper floor well, a fan is available. Mid-size vehicles fit snugly in the driveway; other vehicles can chill on the road out front. In case of emergencies, the hospital is a whopping 2-minutes drive away - talk about 'Sirens Curse.' Convenience is key here: Cedar Point and Sports Force Complex are just a stone's throw away, which was super convenient for our sports events and roller coaster binge. All in all, it’s a doable adventure.

Great kitchen, rest of the place not the best. One door was broken on a bedroom. Ceiling fan in living room had around 3/8" of dust on it. Trash cans on patio were overflowing. Patio had bushes overgrown, not really usable.

Not the greatest, but cheap and spacious

Place was ok. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice and there's a lot of space. The rest of the place is a little janky. A couple places that looked unpainted/unfinished, broken closet doors, large crack in the bedroom door. Some lights that could not be turned off. Area is not the greatest. Quite a bit of foot traffic right outside. Street traffic is also very loud. Fine for the relatively low price, but don't think I would stay again.

Convenient location & Lots of space

The house was perfect for our large group. We were in town for a softball tournament and most of the team stayed. We were close to Cedar Point, Sports Force park and also the ferry to get to Put in Bay. We did have an issue with A/C but the owner was responsive and did his best to keep the house comfortable for us. There is a hot tub there but wasn’t on the listing so we didn’t use. Also, one suggestion would be to add more towels and blankets. Given the size of the house and number of people it can hold we were constantly washing towels and had to go run and buy some extra blankets. We would definitely return! Thanks for having us

Beautiful home!

The home is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is great to work in. And the beds were super comfy. Great off-street parking and a nice fenced-in patio were lovely. (There are no dressers in the rooms so plan accordingly). The property manager was very fast to answer our questions. The only issue we had was the home is on a very busy street in a not-so-great neighborhood. Cars with loud base systems that shook the house, people skateboarding past the house all night, and the barking dog next door were, hard to sleep through. I would recommend bringing a white noise generator if you are a light sleeper. Also..apparently the private tavern next door is no longer open.
