This 1,700 Square Feet Villa has ocean and pool views, in the most desirable location in the complex. With just 20 yards of lawn before the sandy beach, and the pool, jacuzzi and BBQs are just 10 yards to the right!

Excellent natural cross breeze from this Villa
This deluxe home is located on the ground level. Features 3-bedrooms, 2 bath, 55” flat screen TV with 70 channels, TVs in every bedroom. Complimentary high speed internet - wifi and wireless, and Bose surround sound for your enjoyment.
The Villa has central air conditioning with a de-humidifier and ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, queen sized beds are in the two secondary bedrooms, a new high end pull out couch with a Tempurpedic mattress in the living room.
The gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite countertops is equipped with a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove cook top and oven, microwave, a new dishwasher plus all cooking and dining necessities such as cookware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, and More! The kitchen is fully stocked and then some.
Laundry amenities include a brand new oversized washer and dryer inside the Villa. We will accommodate young families with babies with Pack-N-Play Bassinet crib/playpen for babies up to 36 in.

Guests have access to the entire home, Ocean Villa grounds, swimming pool, spa. Free parking available.

Turtle Bay is Located on the North Shore of Oahu. Sits by two 18-hole golf courses - The George Fazio & Arnold Palmer Course. miles of walking trails, and a safe swimming and snorkeling beach. There are super markets, famous food truck, and Kahuku shrimp. The Polynesian Cultural Center (the second most visited attraction on Oahu), famous big wave surfing spots like Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline all within a 10 minute drive. The quaint Town of Haleiwa is 20 minutes away where you can enjoy some fun shopping, restaurants, and the boat harbor. If you want to swim with the sharks, you can check out the tours offered.

Recommend to rent a car since the Bus system to this area is scarce.

Turtle Bay

Lovely Turtle Bay in Oahu. The condo was perfect and we ended up eating at Roy's Beach House twice! Great choice for resort style living.

Great family place

Perfect for relaxing with 3 generations - great beach, nice pool, peaceful, comfortable & very clean, with a sweet patio for relaxing. We really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and tho we didn’t use them, the snorkels for great snorkeling right off the beach. We met local friends at the Beach Cafe & liked having the coffee bar at the hotel too. Perfect! Mahalo

Family surf trip

We love the north shore of Oahu! For my family to get to come and surf all week at all the spots is so special. The location of the villas works perfectly and the set up is fantastic. Love being here and love staying at the villas. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in Turtle Bay

Wonderful condo that was better than pictures. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Furnished with everything my family of 5 needed. Steps from the beach, pool and restaurants was perfect. My wife and I enjoyed having a glass of wine on the lanai after kids had gone to bed…listening to waves and breeze in palm trees.

Amazing!!

Everything was perfect. The villa has everything you need. Access to the beach and other resort amenities are a very short walk. Communication with the host was very prompt. If you’re looking to stay in the Turtle Bay Area, I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Well. Thought out

The property amenities were very well thoughout. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Everything was clean a n d up to date. All electronics, appliances, etc worked. The only thing I thought to be annoying was the way the you had to remember the different security codes.

Perfect for young kids! The beach was so close, pool well maintained and the condo was perfect. Fully equipped with pack and play, and kids sand toys and chairs. We felt at home instantly

The Villa was just as beautiful as pictured and the property manager was very good about communicating with us before, during and after our stay. The amenities were first class and the pool was quiet and a perfect way to relax after a day at the beach. We enjoyed the proximity to the Turtle bay resort and dinner at Lei Lei’s by the Golf Course. Having the property on the first floor was perfect for my in-laws. The location was quiet and we loved listening to the trade winds each day from the lanai. Mahalo for a memorable stay!

Turtle Bay Ocean Villa

The accommodations were excellent and the communication from our host was terrific. We will definitely be booking our next stay at the Turtle Bay Ocean Villas with this host. Highly recommended.

Awesome

Very lovely home. We stayed 5 nights with three teenage daughters (5 people total) and had plenty of room for all. The home had everything we needed for both beach and chill at home time. It is located directly across from the gate to the pool - and only a couple hundred yards from the sand of the beach. The hosts communicated frequently and responded to questions promptly. We also enjoyed being within a few minutes drive of many of the popular North Shore attractions. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

Great Location and Accommodations

Located right on the beach in the Turtle Bay Resort Area. Designated parking behind a gate located extremely close to the unit. Unit was well appointed and very comfortable for a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen, laundry, and baths. Private pool area with great hot tub. Snorkels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. It was great! Would happily book again!

Great stay on Turtle Bay

This is a great property, literally steps from the water. The condo was clean and quiet for a ground level unit. If you are concerned about security, this is your place. The team was on it 24/7. I was not concerned about anyone getting into the car or the unit. Very professional. The pool and hot tub area is clean and everything works. There are great running trails in the area if that is your thing. I don’t golf but the course looks great. The bay is beautiful with an extensive reef which makes snorkeling easy and safe for beginners. The hotel has great amenities and a nice lawn to watch the sunset. Close to the Polynesian cultural center North Shore beaches, Haleiwa harbor and other activities. When we return this is where we will look first.

Awesome Villa

We enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean and we loved the beautiful flowers left around the villa. It is on the first floor which makes it so easy to walk right out to the beach and it is just steps from the pool. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided and the beds were so comfortable. The four beach chairs were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this property.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Proximity to pool and beach was great, linens were top notch, kitchen was well stocked, and views were amazing. Couldn't have asked for more.

Great vacation!

A great home with everything at your fingertips! We didn’t get the weather we hoped for but the pool was so great to have just steps outside of the room. Beach house restaurant is great! We normally use a few more spices than were available for cooking but not a big deal. Helena sent over more coffee when we ran out. Definitely would stay again!

Overpriced

We were not told that this unit is a private listing therefore you can NOT use Turtle Bay resort pool or fitness center! Property was not in best condition. TV in living room was not able to receive all the channels,all the fans were not working, property mgr showed up unannounced at 9 am the day we were checking out . Noisy unit above us . Stay at resort
