Our second stay at this property. It’s a great house. Unfortunately, the ice/water panel did not work & was taped on the front of the freezer side. Poop bags left behind, grill was not clean, dirty silverware, unclean floors. Maybe a cleaning issue🤷. Panel on stove to control the oven was coming loose. Some upkeep is needed. Bath and bedding was very nice, clean and comfortable. Good golf cart. AC was great. Love the location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was perfect for our family of 3 plus our little dog. The highlight was the golf cart which is fun to drive to the beach and shops. We slept comfortably, A/C worked great, we had multiple devices on Wi-Fi with no issues. We borrowed beach chairs and an umbrella which saved us from renting . The weather was perfect. The SanDestin neighborhood is wonderful and we look forward to our next visit.

Family Cottage

The property was well equipped with all we needed to enjoy our stay. The proximity to restaurants and shops was great while still being tucked away in the Sandestin community. The golf cart was essential to our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Thanksgiving Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was located in a beautiful area of Sandestin with breathtaking views of golf courses and lake. The golf cart made it very convenient to travel around the resort and spend time on the beach where we relaxed and enjoyed the evening sunsets. We came to visit family for Thanksgiving. Wonderful trip. Will definitely consider renting this property again.

Our Sandestin getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home we rented was very clean. The lawn and outdoor patio with the propane grill was even shaded in the late afternoon. Our yorkie even felt at home. Loved this particular floor plan as it was ideal for 2 couples. Sandestin is a great community.

We always stay at Sandestin Resort. But this was the best yet. We loved our home and the beautiful ambiance of a private yard. The home was so comfortable and suitable for our family of 5. When we come back next year, this will be where we try to stay.

Beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities

We truly enjoyed our stay at Fairways 240. Miramar and Sandestin areas are beautiful. Once in the home we felt the privacy, comfort and enjoyed the view. The kitchen and essential items allowed us to cook everyday and have our fresh brewed coffee in the morning. We used the pool, and beach and did plenty of shopping at Baytowne Wharf.

Villa la vida loca

Love this neighborhood- tall trees lining the streets, quiet and perfect location. Our home was very comfortable and clean. The space is large enough and easy to prepare meals in the kitchen, nice furniture and great AC for those hot Florida afternoons. Close to stores and the beach. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Sandestin was great for our family. There was plenty of space. The pond was a highlight for the kids and the turtles. You cant go wrong with a golf cart. I wouldnt even stay in this place without one. The beach was a shirt ride away . All the residents were very nice as well. I will aure be back!

We apologize for the confusion, Vandu. We do have a blog post on our site that goes over the policies related to dogs on the beach. In Walton County, residents must have a permit that the dog wears in order to access the beach. We know that this is not always clear and it's disappointing when you bring your four-legged family on vacation. We hope your dog still had fun with you and that you were able to find other dog-friendly to-dos at Miramar Beach! Let us know when you plan to visit again, and we'll be happy to talk about some options regarding dog parks, restaurants, shops, and more!
