We were in Navarre for business and wanted a more homey place to stay than a hotel. This house was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay, overall.

When we arrived the kitchen refrigerator was warm, not even remotely cool. The AC couldn't catch up and it was hot the first 24 hours. The cleaning people left a michelob ultra beer can on the balcony with cigarettes and weed in it, we threw that away, didn't enjoy having that there waiting for us. The ceiling fans barely moved, didn't circulate air at all. AC and refrigerator should never been turned up before guests are set to arrive as it is terribly hot and uncomfortable for the guests to start their vacation. Once those 2 things cooled off, we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The overall stay was okay. The dryer is super old and it ruined a bunch of our clothes. While they did send us some money back, but it was not enough to cover what was damaged. Then we were not able to do laundry for the remaining of our stay, the communication was lacking until I would follow up. The home needs updates, a lot of wear and tear on damaged items. We weren’t even able to use the trundle bed because there were no sheets. The ceiling paint or plaster was falling off and left a mess all over the stairs. The community amenities and capabilities were perfect. The home overall was just okay. Needs some tlc!

Navarre Beach

Very Nice location. It was not beach front, but still a great place to stay. Our view was of the inner waterways and the public beach access is across the street.
