The unit is close to the beach and has a dock to the bay. Also a grill and a swimming pool. It’s very nicely decorated and the owner was very accommodating when we needed an hour early checking. Highly recommend this place.

Very clean, updated, had everything we needed. Close to beach, private pier for great fishing, hop, skip, jump to Pensacola or Destin For change of scenery. Definitely will be booking again.

We had an amazing vacation in this townhome. Loved walking on and fishing from the boat dock. We set up our own little spot on the beach on the Santa Rosa sound where kids could kayak and our elderly moms could get in the water without the waves knocking them down. The walk to the beach was about 7 min and the townhome came with just about everything you would need for a day on the beach. It truly was a home away from home.

Our town house was soooo cutely decorated! Loved it! My husband really enjoyed the beautiful dock of the complex. Only downside is you are close to the light/traffic so it makes it more difficult to make a left turn but other than that it was perfect! Had everything we needed! Definitely will stay here again!

10/10 from start to finish everything was perfect! Very quick to respond to every question and the condo was as listed, with plenty of extra items provided! Plenty of towels and very clean! We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean comfortable beds quiet and what beautiful sunsets off of the dock.The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We travel from Va to Florida every year for vacation and this is by far the best property we have stayed at. It is a little walk to the beach access but definitely not an issue for us..I would highly recommend this property and gave it 5 stars all the way around and would of given higher than 5 if allowed.Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful townhouse with us.

This property is perfect! Exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, great location to get to the main side of Navarre for groceries and restaurants and a quick walk to the beach ! The water is just as gorgeous as the pictures make it look! two 18 year olds and two in our 50’s, we all loved the place and enjoyed our stay!

The property was updated and extremely clean. The unit was very comfortable and conveniently located on the bayside. Our family enjoyed kayaking, using the pool, and going across the road to the beach. We loved spending afternoons on the multiple decks. The unit was well stocked with towels, beach towels, dishwasher tabs, paper towel, garbage bags, kitchen supplies, and a beach wagon we found very useful. They also had some beach toys, chairs, and umbrella. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Absolutely amazing! 5 out of 5 recommend this place for couples or family. Close to everything you need and plenty to do. Clean and owner very friendly. Will be staying again!
