Excellent stay

Perfect for just what we needed in a bachelor party stay. Host was communicative and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Staff were helpful and areas were clean. Highly recommend!

Put In Bay vacation

Loved our visit. Location was great. Condo was good although a new frying pan is needed. Very relaxing. We’ll be back for sure.

Family vacation

This property was amazing! It was clean, updated and the beds were so comfortable! The only suggestion that I would make is to add more towel and washcloth holders or hooks. A+ Lodging!!

Bach to the 90's

This was a great place for my bachelorette party! The house was beautiful and very spacious, the view was amazing, and renting a golf cart was super easy. We were all very impressed. I will definitely rent these condos in the future.

PIB stay

This was a great property, only a short 10 min ride from downtown PIB and the condo was very spacious enough for me and my 8 friends. I wish there was more than one paper towel roll and maybe a few more kitchen tools but other than that everything was great. The host was great and responded to all my questions.

PIB CONDO

Ian was fantastic, he is a super host. Before my arrival and after a significant rain, the basement of the condo was flooded. Ian had great communication to let me know and acted quickly to secure another condo for us. We arrived Sept 25, 2023, and stayed three nights. I was asked multiple times by Ian and the other property owner if everything was okay, if we needed anything, etc. I didn’t want to complain due to our situation, but the condo we stayed in was definitely more of a frat/party place. It smelled of beer throughout, the floors felt sticky and turned my feet black when barefoot, bachelorette confetti strung about, the garbage cans were filthy and had used plastic forks in the bottom, and the master bedroom was a very small full size bed. I wish we were able to stay in your condo, Ian. We were disappointed to learn most of the island was shut down. 90% of the restaurants and activities were closed, just due to off season. I don’t think we will be in a hurry to return to PIB. Again, I want to be clear that the home owners were very kind and went out of their way to see if we needed anything. Ian was FANTASTIC to work with!! I am guessing the condo was a little underwhelming because of the flood and it being the end of season. Thanks again!

Not so Great Experience

Loved the communication prior to coming, asked for earlier check-in and offered to pay. The host gave me a great deal to ensure I could get in earlier so we paid. However once we check-in, the floors were terrible. Our socks and feet literally were black. My son mopped the entire place just so that we could put the baby down.Then, we realized that none of the beds had sheets on them so I had to make the beds so that we could sleep. Next, WIFI was out and thank goodness my son was able to fix that because he is an IT person.Then, we went to do a load of laundry after swimming and the dryer was full of clothes. It was so full that I had to take clothes out to get them to dry because of being over stuffed. Then I had to fold them because I had to use the sheets to make the bed and showers.I communicated with the host and he responded with an apology about the floors but after the other issues they did not respond at all. We have stayed at this condo place for the last 5 years but this time we went through VRBO and I would NEVER EVER stay with this host again.We paid a lot of money and you did not even care to respond to our concerns.I have stayed in over 20 VRBO's and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Made me made that I gave extra money.10 out 10 do not recommend

It was away from downtown so we didn't have to hear all of the night life. Beautiful of the lake. Was able to get to downtown by taxi or you could rent a golf cart. The only issue it was not cleaned very well from the last guest you can tell that a dog or animal stayed at the property. Overall we did have a good time.i would recommend it t9 friends and family who is deciding to come to the island.

Lots of amenities

The layout of the condo plus outdoor space were perfect for our stay on the island with our adult children and granddaughter. Only negative - needs a through cleaning.

Overall a great experience

Very happy with property and location overall. Owner responded to question very quickly! Only downsides were that "wood" floor was very dirty when going over it with a wet swiffer. Not good when you have a baby crawling around floor. Also, most soap dispensers were extremely watered down.
