While there isn’t anything we can change at this time, as they are the standard size used across all of our houses and condos, we do value the suggestion and will certainly keep it in mind for any future upgrades. Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the pool and the nice sectional sofa. We apologize for the missing amenities like hangers, a hairdryer, and bathmats, and for the noise at night. Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you found the condo nicely furnished and relatively clean. We do apologize for the beer can you found behind the dresser—this was an oversight on our part, and we’ve addressed it with our housekeeping team to ensure a more thorough check moving forward. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience next time.

Thanks for the amazing feedback and we are so happy that the condo was exactly what you needed! As far as the distance from the condos to downtown being far walking wise, we do tell guests to either get a golf cart or take a taxi ride since both make the trip fun!

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the easy reservation process, plush furniture, and clean pool. It’s also great to know that the golf cart rental was convenient and affordable. We apologize for the disturbance from the neighbors one night, but we’re glad you were able to get through it. We are so sorry that you could not have that Waterfront Condo you first booked. With all the lower unit being flooded because of the storm, we had to move everyone out and into other units. The whole process has been very hard, stressful, and upsetting because we want all our guests to have an amazing experience. We are glad that despite the move, you were able to still enjoy your time with us for your stay! We sure that next year we can provide a better a experience since all the Waterfront Condos will be open and all done! Thank you again for staying us!

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We're glad to hear the location suited your needs and that you appreciated the peace and quiet away from the downtown crowds. It's great to know the washer and dryer worked well for your group and that you found our golf cart rental convenient—Bob will be happy to hear your kind words! We also appreciate your feedback on the thin walls, kitchen supplies, and linens. We'll look into adding extra blankets and improving the dish towel and potholder stock for future guests. Your insights help us continue to improve the guest experience, and we truly value your recommendation. We hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay soon!
