Easy check in/out with the new cargo lift for luggage and supplies. Fish straight off the private deck or boat dock. Kayak, boat or jet ski in the canal and/or the inter coastal waterway. Or just enjoy the beautiful views of the coast while you relax on the unbelievable wraparound porch. This house is on a very secluded double lot with beach access only a three minute walk away. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac so the kids can ride their bikes without worry of traffic. There is a huge deck beside the waterway that is perfect for sunbathing, grilling, or lounging. There are two porch swings, ,a picnic table, grill, rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs and an outdoor table with chairs so everyone can enjoy the large porch and yard. There is a huge outdoor private shower and sink with hot and cold water. The house has floor to ceiling windows in the spacious living and dining rooms. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a private bathroom. The upper floor has the master suite with a queen four-poster bed and private bath. The master bedroom also has a private balcony that overlooks the Inter-coastal waterway. There are two more bedrooms upstairs; one with three beds (one full two twins) and the other has a queen size bed. These two bedrooms share a very spacious bathroom. Bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The high speed internet is accessible throughout the property including on the boat dock. Therefore, you can fish and surf the internet at the same time! The living room has a large TV with DVD player and two leather couches which recline. The kitchen has been completely remodeled is well stocked with pots, pans dishes, utensils, appliances and dishwasher. There is also a washer and a dryer. Bed linens & towels are available thru local rental co or you can bring your own.. Starter quantities of paper products, soaps, etc. are provided. You will absolutely love this amazing home.

All was great at the house. The wraparound porch was a hit! Walking to the beach was easy. The weather was a challenge with most days having a heat index over 100 degrees but our boat was used most days for swimming and fishing which we all enjoyed.

This house was in a PERFECT location for us. We had a marvelous week and made memories to last a lifetime! There was a misunderstanding that the boat lift was not included with the stay, but the weather was great so our boat was fine tied at the dock. The function of the home flows well, but did have a significant smoke smell initially. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!!

Very nice host and great property. Check in was easy. Lots of nice touches like baby gates at the porch stairs so our dog could enjoy the porch and a wagon to transport things to walk to beach. Caught some small fish and some keeper size blue crabs off the dock. Nice to be able to fish in the canal on the private dock, kayak to waterway where there’s a little park, and walk to beach. Highly recommend.

Relaxation

Great place relaxed and unwind. Spent a couple of days on the, a couple of days exploring the neighboring beaches, riding golf cart and some good deck time.

Great stay

Great fishing for smaller fish on the canal and short walk to beach access at the end of the street. Only complaint is the mattresses could use upgrades.

Great family weekend

We enjoyed our stay with family. John was welcoming and easy to connect with. The straight walk to the beach access and canal link to the sound was perfect.

Comfy house with great views

This was the best VRBO we have stayed at. It was spacious and clean with gorgeous views and quick access to the beach. The owner was attentive and great at getting back answering questions. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful vacation rental

First vacation at Holden Beach in several years. This property is on canal with access to fishing & boating yet able to walk to beach. Amenities were great with a lot of outdoor space and room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay & highly recommend this rental property.

We are excited about our new home at Holden Beach. We have owned vacation property in Breckenridge, CO for 20 years but decided we wanted something at the beach. Although we are new owners here we have experience with short term rentals and want to provide an enjoyable experience for our guests. We will be happy to answer any questions to make your visit a memorable one.

Porch on 3 sides for sun or shade as desired. Great view of the ICW and boat traffic. A new boat lift has been added but it is not included in the rental. Main floor including kitchen and bath renovated and upgraded this winter 2022
