Newly renovated home w/ stunning long-range mountain and sunset views, that is centrally located to Highlands and Cashiers and walking distance to famous Whiteside Mountain Hiking Trailhead. It is located in Wildcat Cliff community, which is a gated private golf community.

Enjoy this clean, inviting, open-concept home with a large fully stocked kitchen, open living space, vaulted ceilings, stone gas fireplaces, and breathtaking views. Grocery delivery is available upon request. Outdoor firepit on deck to soak in amazing sunset views, option for outdoor grilling.

Luxurious newly renovated home offers 4 bedrooms each furnished with down bedding and plush pillows. Each bedroom and living room is equipped with its own TV. It offers 3.5 lavish baths with dual shower heads, and overhead heaters. 4 decks, large sunroom w/ puzzle table, game room, and billiard room. The billiard room has a lounge area w/ stone gas fireplace, walkout balcony, TV, kitchenette and pool table. There is also a large entertainment /game room w/ two player pac man arcade game, foosball, poker table and golf putt putt station. Every kids dream game room!

Excellent as always

We have stayed at this property several times, and it never disappoints. It has actually gotten better as there have been improvements to the kitchen supplies and decorating. The towels are soft, too. We enjoy the firepit on the deck every night. We like being in a gated neighborhood at the top of the mountain. Our kids like to explore the property, and we usually see deer daily. Easy to get to both Cashiers and Highlands for groceries and dinner.

It is a lovely home with beautiful views and immaculately updated. It is very spacious and has a wonderful lower level complete with pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball, for all ages to enjoy.

Charmingly Peaceful Weekend Getaway

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Joe’s beautiful mountain home for the weekend. From the sun lit windows to the spotless kitchen and spacious bedrooms, our expectations were exceeded from the moment we stepped foot inside. The property boasted beautiful decks outside that provided the perfect view to admire the fall foliage as well as reconnect with nature and enjoy the crisp fall air. Downstairs, kids and adults alike were able to enjoy the two game rooms that featured shuffle board, foosball, pool, poker, arcade games, and more. This house truly had something for everyone. We came in hopes of having a peaceful staycation in the scenic Highlands and were given exactly like that and more. Joe was communicative and considerate in all aspects of our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had nothing but the best experience at his home. Ever since visiting this property we are already looking for dates to come back and can’t recommend this tucked away haven enough to anyone interested in exploring the Highlands.

Another wonderful stay

This is our fourth time here and every time gets better. The linens and towels are always spotless and of the highest quality, and new state of the art pans were added to the already very well stocked kitchen. Hurricane Helene impacted the area prior to our arrival, but the host let us know in detail that we could expect no issues and there were none. Another wonderful set of memories for our family.

We love it here

This is our third time at this property, and it is our favorite rental spot in highlands. The views are lovely and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We like to hike Whiteside which is right down the road, and we like to pop into Cashiers and Highlands so being directly between the two is perfect. Property is always clean and comfortable and easy to get in and out. We will absolutely be back soon!

Perfect in every way!

We had a weekend girls’ getaway for my sister’s 40th birthday, and our accommodations couldn’t have been more perfect! Everything was wonderful — the kitchen, porches, bedding, and bathrooms! Having traveled a lot and stayed in multiple house rentals in Highlands and hotels including the Old Edwards Inn and Cottages at Julep Farm, I can definitely say I felt most at home this trip! Joe was always a delight to talk to, and you can tell they really care about this place. Will definitely be back!! Thank you, Joe, for sharing your lovely home. It was definitely hard to leave!!

Beautiful Home

A couple of my friends and I stayed ten nights, it wasn’t long enough! The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch mornings and evenings. The home was a perfect location between Highlands and Cashiers. Im looking forward to returning soon

Excellent house!

We stayed at this house for the Highlands Motoring Festival. It was the perfect house for us. What we really appreciated was how clean, specious and well appointed this home was. It was very modern feeling, light and airy, and had everything we needed. The main floor has two king bedrooms, and one with twin beds. The finished basement has another bedroom with two double beds. The weather was perfect for sitting outside on the decks at night. We appreciated the flat driveway and the ability to park in the garage since we had 3 Ferraris with us that are tough to manage in the mountains. The only issue was the location was a solid 15 minute drive to downtown Highlands. We didn’t mind because we had a designated driver, but if you’re drinking or not comfortable driving at night on dark, winding mountain roads, this might be a bit tricky for you. But the house is perfect and being in a gated neighborhood was also a plus. We would rent again. Thank you!

New Years

This home and area is beautiful. Easy to travel to from Highlands and Cashiers. We had everything we needed to relax, cook, and play. The home is immaculate, bedding was plush, and views amazing. Thank you Joe for being so patient and informative concerning our stay! We had an amazing family weekend!

Great, spacious, well renovated home

This house is great for a large group or family. The kitchen is very nice and the entire house has been renovated. There are good views. The house is a short 0.7 mile walk from the Whiteside Mountain trailhead. Which is itself a 2.0 mile hike. So that is nice to do without having to get in the car. The house is quiet and secluded. I would note that it is at least a 15 minute drive through winding roads to get to Highlands or anywhere else.

Perfect in every way

Quiet and secluded!! Very new feeling. Spared no expense. Love the comfy couches and open feel. Game room was great for kids and plenty of TVs. Wi-Fi worked great. Great views from the house- they could even be better if they clipped the tops of some trees!!

Short Escape from Parenthood

When the time arrived to go on this trip, we were in such dire need of time away from home, and this home away from home delivered on our escape! Very well appointed home, interior amenities were all new-car-smell fresh and clean, and the location in Highlands just a few minutes outside of town could not have been much more convenient. Beautiful quiet neighborhood, incredible view, that lovely Highlands elevation, and to top it off our host, Joe, was very responsive and intent on providing a pleasant stay. I got the feeling that he would go a long way to making us happy if we’d needed it. We got our moneys worth on this one! Hope to be back sooner than later.

Perfect

We really enjoyed this home. The decks, the view, the quiet…. Just perfect for a long weekend. Hike whiteside mountain, see waterfalls, visit cashiers farmer market, have dinner and shop in highlands, and retreat to the quiet with a view. Also, the house is great for cooking (very well equipped), socializing, playing games, and resting as well. We will visit again!

Merry Christmas to Us!

My family stayed at this property over Christmas and it was simply incredible. We came from the east coast and out west and the property was equally tranquil and relaxing for both. The sweeping views from almost every vantage point, comfortable furniture and amenities made this a place none of us wanted to leave. It’s renovated perfectly making the chefs kitchen a treat for cooking in and entertaining. We renovate homes for a living so are definitely a critical eye without meaning to be. There is not one single thing we would have done different ourselves and the quality is impeccable. Its well appointed and feels elegant and high end, but perfectly comfortable to put your feet up and relax. The bathrooms felt spa like, the beds and bedding felt like vacation and the memories we made there sitting by a fire watching moving and playing games will last a lifetime. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to check out, get relaxed and leave happy!!!
