One Bedroom, One Bath Suite 107 at Summerhouse with pool views. Features 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a tile walk-in shower, and a balcony. Suites are located just under 1/2 mile from the beach and are next to the main resort complex. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks.

The condo was very nice. Checking in was difficult, just because the property is so big, and it was hard to maneuver around. The stay itself was good. Little more off a communication breakdown with how the pool area works, but we got that straightened out. No tiki bar at the pool, which was a bummer, and the elevators went out on check out day, so they're was A LOT of walking and stairs. Great amenities, and despite some challenges, we'd go back for sure.

Great stay

We really enjoy Litchfield Beach Resort and this was another good unit. Clean and great access to the pool. Cant wait to be back.

The resort is not handicap friendly, while they might meet the regs they are not friendly to seniors, mobility issues, convenience. Yes we were near an elevator but the pool was at the other end and then you had to park and walk a long distance to the back of building.

The property was clean and more than sufficient for our needs. The beach was walkable or drivable which was a plus!

Vacation

We were only there for a couple of days but it was amazing. It was close to Myrtle beach and Georgetown. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect location

I very much enjoyed my stay. It was perfectly located on Pawleys Island. Only 5 minutes from the golf course. The apartment was well suited for my needs.

Had a great trip and had everything needed. Attractive space and well decorated. Nice to be close to pool and beach was a short walk or bike ride. We brought bikes which was helpful. Unit was clean and had ample kitchen supplies.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This is my second stay in this property. It has been consistently excellent! The walkability to the beach and the onsite Starbucks are key amenities. I will be back!

Great day.

The original Condo we were booked in had a funny smell, but otherwise was super clean. We called to the front desk and they immediately switched us to a different room. They were very accommodating.

We stayed in 1 bedroom summerhouse unit. We did not get the specific unit we booked on VRBO. We got a Pretty run- down apartment on 3rd floor. 2 beds in the single bedroom had B/O. sofa bed had metal springs that were sticking out and it had a chunk of plywood under the cushions to prevent people from falling into it. White socks would turn black from dirt while walking in the floor. Overall cleanliness was questionable. Kitchen pots were very run down. Housekeeping brings fresh towels and takes always the trash - so that’s good. Not sure if they map the floor. Like ever. So cleanliness is a major concern. I’d say 1.5 in scale of 1-10. None of that is unusual for Sunmerhouse. As bad as it is, we still keep coming back for the beach, pool, and the overall feel of the resort. But I would not recommend it to friends because of the issues I mentioned.

Everything was great except for we had an issue with the towels being delivered and the trash was not taken out as advised. I had to call multiple times on 2 separate days and finally they were delivered. The trash was never taken out as stated was part of the rental.
