Nice kitchen, super close to beach, friendly host

Property had everything we needed, and worked as a spot for visiting UC Irvine, going to Disneyland and some sunset beach watching.

Great Vacation home

Really enjoyed getting away with friends for an early birthday celebration. Definitely coming back with the kids in the future. Super close to the beach very spacious and kid friendly.

Everything was great. Located wonderfully close to the beach. Clean, simple everything we needed. Parking was not ideal but we were in a dually truck. I also was not a fan of the camera pointed at you on the patio, lounging area but I understand why. Overall it was great.

We had a great experience

This house is beautiful and you can’t beat the location. The kids enjoyed being able to ride the bikes down to the pier. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the beach.

Very close to beach !

Great location and plenty of room in apt. Kids loved riding bikes around in very safe area. Kitchen was totally stocked with everything. We had a wonderful 2 night stay!

Nice place by the beach

Nice place. 1 minute walk to the beach. No ocean view from the property, and it's about a 26 minute walk to the pier, beach front businesses etc, so best use case here is just visiting the beach to play/swim/surf.

Larger than the photos show. Short stroll to the beach. Nice patio. It worked well for us. We felt well taken care of by Richard!

Property managers were excellent and VERY accommodating. The location is prime to the beach and a bike ride away from two piers. The property has everything you need. No complaints.

3 day get away from the cold winter

A+ experience. Sheryl and Richard were extremely responsive and accommodating. House was beautiful and clean. We used the bikes and beach chairs. Steps from the beach. Quiet neighbors. Easy parking. Highly recommend

Great beach house! Nicely furnished, clean & 2 houses from the beach.

My sister & I really enjoyed our time at this beach house. The location couldn’t have been any better. Richard met us when we got there and gave us a tour explaining all about it & giving us all the codes we needed. Having a garage & laundry was a plus. Very cute, cozy & clean. The process of booking it was easy & Richard & Sheryl responded immediately to my emails & questions. Very helpful and made the process so easy. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great time in Newport Beach

We stayed for three nights. Rich made our checkin easy and answered all our questions. Great location. Less than a minute walk to the beach. Riding the bikes provided was easy and fun. Would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Clean and Close to Beach

This location is perfect for a family and has all you will ever need! The beach is within walking distance (can see from patio). The property managers were very reliable and check in was so easy! The outdoor patio feels like an extension of the home, more space to relax and you can feel the cool ocean breeze. The washer/dryer came in handy and the garage was perfect for our traveling family. The bikes provided made it easy to get around Newport. I would definitely recommend this property to others and rent again!
