Natalie & crew are great to deal with. 2nd time at the condo. Can't beat the quiet location near the pier. Close to food and steps to the beach. Cold A/C was huge as several units in the area had no A/C and they were struggling in the 95 degree temps

This place is fantastic! It was clean and air-conditioned. It is the best location you can get by the beach. Really great set up. We loved all the boogie boards and surfboards. This place could use a few more kitchen items, like baking sheets. But overall, it was wonderful. Would definitely book again!

Our stay in Newport Beach at this property was exceptional. It is perfectly located within walking distance to the pier and steps to the beach. The apartment was spacious, modern, very well equipped with all of the expected amenities and also well cleaned and maintained. The beds were really comfy, the shared bathroom was spacious and the master bath was perfect for the room size. Having access to a garage for your vehicle was a game changer, we had a late model Honda CRV and it fit perfectly with some room to spare; it’s a two car garage so you share it with another tenant. Our host Natalie was a great communicator and really accommodating. I cannot say enough about this property, I will definitely specifically rent the same one again.

Fantastic location, clean, and well-appointed with everything you need for the beach. Parking is key in this area so the garage is great! We loved our stay and will return in the future.

Our favorite place to stay when we come to Newport! We love how clean it is. We love how close it is to great food and the beach. Great beds, pillows, plenty of towels, and love the beach amenities!

Beautiful home, nice to have 2 bathrooms and be so close to the beach and within an easy walk to great restaurants. So many beach chairs and toys available for use, which was great. We missed the instructions on how to open the garage, so that was a little difficult in the dark upon arrival (was absolutely my fault for not seeing it in the instructions - keypad is at the door under the stairs, not near the big garage door). Would definitely stay again.

Place was outstanding for our trip. Couldn't beat the location, place was very clean, and surprisingly spacious for a three bedroom unit. Communication was easy and we would book again next time we're in town.

We had mixed feelings about the location… it was wonderful because we were so close to the beach, restaurants, bars… but because it was so close, we got terrible sleep due to all the street noise from the party goers, cars, sirens etc. Otherwise, our stay wonderful.

This property is in an excellent location next to a great beach, the New Port Pier and plenty of restaurant. The host was very responsive and the place was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! Everything was as advertised when we arrived and was super clean! We loved the location - tons to do around the area. A coffee shop was just a block away, and great ice cream and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Natalie was super accommodating with requests and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
