Surrounded by the sights & sounds of nature, you are sure to enjoy both the peace & privacy, while still being close to all the action & activities 30A has to offer! Cozy up around the outdoor fire pit & seating area after a long day at the beach! Or enjoy one of the many screened-in porches...perfect for coffee or cocktails morning, noon, & night! This large outdoor space also features a built-in gas grill for those daytime barbecues or for nights you're looking to stay in to spend time with family & friends.

Both the main & carriage house offer beautiful fully stocked kitchens outfitted with granite countertops & all updated stainless steel appliances. The main also includes a farmhouse sink, wine cooler, spacious island, & a breakfast bar providing 4 additional seats. Not to mention a coffee station on the 2nd floor!

This coastal chic home sleeps 12 comfortably with 3 king-size beds & custom built bunks in the main house & another king-size bed in the carriage. There are TVs in every bedroom, as well as both living areas. The master bedroom offers a private screened-in porch & a balcony off the 3rd-floor bedroom. Suitable for families of all ages..kids can enjoy the board games, puzzles, & books provided. Don't miss out on all the amazing amenities this home has to offer...unforgettable memories await!!

Great location!

The house is in a great location- close to beach, close to Seaside, & all the things! Plenty of parking, across from community pool! The house is a great size for 10-12 adults. The house does lack some kitchen essentials - wine glasses, cleaning supplies that were supposed to be stocked. The house does come with 12 beach chairs which is awesome! But no bikes (listed in description though), no towels. TV does not connect great to the wifi. WiFi not strong at all

Loved this property location, fully stocked kitchen with any small appliance you can think of, the quest house was perfect for the grandparents, bikes included, right across from the pool and about 2 easy blocks to the beach! BBQ grill with ectea propane tanks, a fire table with seating for after beach fun. Enough parking for 3-4 card plus a golf cart (not included). The kids loved the bunk room and the parents loved the porches. Bring your own baby gates for the stairs, beach towels and toys. Beach chairs on the patio but bring your own taller camp style chairs. comfy beds, comfy towels and plenty of room for lounging. Close to all things 30a! what a gem! Coming back again next year!

'Pure Joy' was Pure Perfection

This was the perfect place for our party of 10, and there was even room to spare. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 teenage girls and 4 adults. The house had any kitchen utensil we needed, as we cooked most meals there. And the appliances were very nice to use. The living area sectional was extremely comfortable, and the beds were super comfortable with nice linens. The location was great - close to the front of the neighborhood, and right across the street (30A) from beach access. We would walk or bike to the beach. Which, this beach access is dreamy! Not too crowded. I can't say enough good things about this rental and location. I would 100% stay here again.
