Completely remodeled, you'll be one of the first to enjoy everything in this brand new studio which comes fully furnished to provide you with a comfortable stay. In an incredible location, you'll have easy access to all of the best parts of San Diego.
Accessed by a smart door lock, everything is waiting for you: parking spot, BBQ, Smart TV with Hulu, Washer/Dryer, essentials, and good times!
The Space:
Designed by a local designer, the space is thoughtfully curated to be your perfect San Diego headquarters. Enter at your convenience with a smart door lock, you'll be welcomed by a space that has everything. Relax in comfy queen with high-end bedding or head out to the huge private outdoor space.
There is a large walk-in closet as well for you to unpack and enjoy the space to its fullest.
Like most of San Diego, this rental is pet friendly and we charge a flat fee of $45 per pet, per stay. No cats, sorry!

Everything! This home has its own private outdoor space. There is a shared washer dryer on the premises.
The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach is definitely San Diego's most fun neighborhood and beach town. Cool, vibrant, and just north of Downtown San Diego, you can check out the many exceptional restaurants, bars, and entertainment in the area. Spend the day having fun at the beach, renting jet-skis, or enjoy a variety of delicious food, pubs and clubs.
Getting Around:
Next to Mission Bay, this home is the perfect headquarters for your San Diego stay. Walk, ride bikes, electric scooters, or drive to explore.
Interaction with Guests:
Operated by experienced hosts, OwnRelax, we are always available to ensure you have a phenomenal experience. Our goal is to make sure every guest has the exact same awesome renting experience. Let us be your concierge, helping you find the best spots around town to make your stay as incredible as possible. 24/7 availability should you need anything during your stay.
While my first priority is ensuring my valued guests enjoy their stay, I have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of my neighbors and community. Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, I encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.
PETS
• We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $45 fee per pet, per stay.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property.
• No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture.
• If you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate.
• If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs.
• Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum.
• Please do your best to clean up after your pet (hair, waste outside…) before check-out.
• We recommend bringing their own bed and food/water bowls.
DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.
SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.
EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.
SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.
VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.
FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.
PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
• We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip. InsureMyTrip offers plans from 21 different carriers, have an easy-to-follow website that allows you to compare and contrast each policy or e-mail details to yourself, and offer a wide range from standard policies to 5 star coverage. If you do a quick online search it should pop up.
