It was a cute little house, unfortunately we were there during a heat wave and the house has no a/c so it was a little uncomfortable. The renters upstairs were extremely noisy, it sounded like they were constantly moving furniture around. These things are not the fault of the rental agency just bad timing.

Location is simply a short two house walk to the bay. The fact that parking is available for a full-size pick up truck is amazing. The patio is generous, but the patio furniture could be more comfortable. The interior of the unit was great, but we did have an ant issue on the south wall. Luckily someone had left a child ,pet safe bug repellent under the counter. The couch also as I called to your attention in an email, but didn’t hear from anyone needs to be cleaned or replaced. The couch does have an old odor to it and definitely need some improvement. The beds are written up as two queens. The mattress to the room on the left is 6 inches smaller than the one on the right so apparently a full-size which is where we started and we’re on top of one another, changed beds halfway through our stay. Overall, the unit was clean and well appointed. yes we would come back again hoping that these few items would be addressed prior to our arrival next time.

They were not enough fans and the one available was dusty and dirty. The outdoor furniture is outdated and very dirty. Overall the place needs to be upgraded. And most importantly the bathroom shower when used the water has a bad smell. AH

Great place!

We stayed for a long weekend at the Bayside Bikini, and it was perfect! So relaxing to drink coffee on the covered patio, take a long walk or bike ride down the bay, and watch the sunset over the ocean. So many restaurants to eat at, and coffeeshops, stores to visit. We will be back!

Very nice clean comfortable and good location

It was nice having a place more like home and not having to stay I a hotel. Great location and was able to walk to alot of nice places

Heart of Mission.

Great little spot right in the middle of Mission. Easy to get to the bay or the beach, lots of options within walking distance.Clean and perfect for a beach trip.

Great stay

It was great for short trip. It was tight space, not much room to open your luggage but it worked. Very close to the bay. Host was great, professional and flexible.

We loved the location

There were a few things needed , spices more utensils. Everything eles was great. We enjoyed are stay.

5 star in Mission Beach!

We had a great stay at Bayside Bikini! The property is conveniently located near both the beach and the bay and has been recently updated. The property was easy to book and property management was quick to respond to any requests. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location

What we most enjoyed about the location is that the house was walking distance to both the bay and the ocean. The bay and ocean offer different activities, so it was nice to be able to easily get to either.

Comfortable Place close to the beach and bay

My family and I had a good time. Very happy with our stay. Steps from the sand, great coffee a minute walk away, family breakfast restaurant a few minutes walk, comfortable beds, pull out couch for an extra bed, your own parking spot. We were extremely happy

Cute clean great location

This place is well maintained, very cute and even with two other apartments being part of the property it was quiet and we had privacy. Location is great. I’ll be renting again.

Great little getaway spot, close to lots of stuff

We were here for just a weekend, it was super close to the beach as well as lots of restaurants within walking distance. The location came with one parking spot which was a huge plus. The building was very clean and well maintained. Easy to check in, and all around a great experience staying here. I would highly recommend.

Ideal Location

You can’t beat the location of this property. Super close to the Bay and the Ocean. The front porch was where we spent most of our time.
