We envite you to enjoy your own private oasis by the beach. Cozy Studio with ideal location, quiet residential neighborhood. Beach and surfing just 2 1/2 blocks away. Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, within walking distance. Full kitchen. Private entrance and lovely fenced patio area in back, surrounded by bamboo, jasmine and honeysuckle. Biking distance to downtown LaJolla and Mission Bay. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is no extra pet fee. Parking for 2 cars in driveway under canopy. Everything you need to enjoy the beach life provided; two bikes, beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. Chips, Salsa and ingredients for 2 welcome margaritas in your room on arrival.

What a charming place! Great location, quiet, everything you need. Special touches of artwork, color, nice towels and kitchenware made it feel like a real retreat. Alisa and Darren were so nice and made it all easy. Would stay here again!

THE best place to stay if you’re looking for the something close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Alisa and Darren were awesome and very accommodating. Providing beach chairs, bikes and towels was huge for my husband and I. Coming from Phoenix, we don’t typically have these items so this was super convenient. The place itself is so cozy and the bed is very comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower too after coming back from the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Host was great and very quick communication. Room was as described and had everything we needed. Location was awesome. Easy two block walk to beach and lots of restaurants. Can’t wait for our next trip here.

Loved our stay here. The location could not be more perfect with easy walking access to the lovely beach, restaurants, and pretty neighborhood. The area is very nice, safe, and perfect for walks. The owner is a total sweetheart and was close by and very helpful when needed but otherwise gave us our privacy. The kitchen is well stocked, the back patio is shaded and a nice place for coffee or meals. We brought our 2 young grandchildren with us for part of our 9 day stay and they slept on the pull-out sofa bed. There are plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, 2 surf boards and lots of beach toys to make sand castles. We brought a domed pop-up to provide extra shade but a standard beach umbrella is provided.

I booked primarily because of location but was so pleasantly impressed by vibe/decor/comfort. Just made me smile. Excellent communication with host and studio had everything I needed. Hope to return!

I have stayed in several VRBO in Pacific Beach and this was the best hands down!Great for a couple or single. Close to beach, restaurants, grocery stores and shops.Very relaxing and comfortable. Outdoor patio very nice with outdoor shower to keep sand out. I saw a Western Giant Swallowtail butterfly on the patio as it is shaded by many plants. Host was always available for any needs. Has a nice kitchenette, TV, air conditioning. Highly recommend this cozy hideaway. Also very much appreciated a covered driveway so no on street parking. In fact only moved my car once in five days.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Her place is beautiful and really kept the vibe of Pacific Beach. Very safe neighborhood as well. I will be looking to stay here every time I visit my favorite city!!

The neighbors are a trip on how the park so close to the driveway other then that nice area close to ocean, beach, restaurants and off street parking
