Great place. Beautiful little beachfront house, completely as advertised. It's in a small community with security so it felt very safe. The host was very helpful and we had a great time.

This place was absolutely wonderful! The beachfront location is incredibly peaceful and made for a truly relaxing trip. Special thanks to Mike and Jazmin for their warm hospitality and great communication. My family also did a fantastic snorkeling tour with Clemente, which was an unbelievable experience!

We liked it enough to come back again... That should be all the review needed! Thanks for another fun vacation. Well appointed home right on the beach with beautiful ocean and sunsets from your porch. One thing we enjoyed this time was night snorkeling, we didn't do that last time and it was fun.

We had an amazing stay at this rental house on the beach! The price was wonderful and offered fantastic value for everything included. The rooms were clean with split AC units in each room. The host Mike was available by text and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect —literally just steps from the beautiful water with excellent snorkeling right nearby, plus a refreshing swimming pool on-site that the whole family enjoyed.Jazmin prepared wonderful, delicious meals that made our trip even more special and convenient. The house had purified water delivered as well as an ice machine constantly making clean ice for the entire family. The house is also just minutes away multiple family-oriented activities and attractions, making it ideal for a fun, relaxing vacation with kids. Highly recommended!Would definitely book again.

Mike’s place is so peaceful! The location is great and very convenient for diving and snorkeling. The house has everything you will need and then some. The beds are comfortable and the floor plan very comfortable for a group. Jazmin is an amazing chef — don’t miss out on this special treat! Josue was an excellent dive guide, and Clemente took us on a great snorkeling tour to see the starfish and stingrays it El Cielo. We can’t wait to return! Thank you Mike for your hospitality!

The Finest!

This home was everything we wanted for our vacation rental. On the beach, near the dock for dive boat pick up, well equipped kitchen, great views, clean and with great communication from the owner.

Great week!

We had a wonderful week. The home is spacious, clean and beautiful. The view and sunsets are fantastic. The grounds, pool and beach area are very well maintained. House is well equipped with anything you may need. Good communication and easy check-in. Highly recommend!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We had been looking for a place on Cozumel for years. We saw lots of very nice properties but just couldn't pull the trigger on something that wasn't oceanfront with a pier for boats to pick up divers. Fate finally led us to this beautiful house in Costa del Sol where it is 5 or 6 steps from the patio door to sand, and we knew we had found it! The immaculately maintained grounds & beautiful infinity pool, and the attentive complex staff finished checking all of the boxes for us!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There are few stand-alone houses that are truly ocean-front on the island. Between our patio and the sand are a small strip of lawn and a sidewalk. You could easily throw a rock into the water from the front door. The daily sunsets are a nice touch too!
With Cozumel being a top destination in the world for Scuba Diving, the deepwater pier - where even the biggest boats can board passengers, is a fantastic value add. The attentive guard staff with their golf carts to deliver your bags, groceries, etc right to the door is a big plus as well.
