This is the place to come when you want to slow down, spend time together, and enjoy the best parts of island life. You can snorkel from the community’s private pier, arrange dive boat pickup right from the dock, relax beside the heated infinity pool, on the beach, or simply sit on the patio with your coffee and enjoy the Caribbean breeze and ocean view.

Set within the beautifully landscaped Costa del Sol community, the villa is just steps from the sea and only about 15 minutes from downtown San Miguel. You get the peace and quiet of the south shore without feeling too far away from restaurants, shopping, beach clubs, and everything else you may want to explore.

The Villa

The villa is a spacious 2,400-square-foot, single-story home that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

It has three oversized bedroom suites, and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. That gives everyone space and privacy, which is especially nice when traveling with family, couples, or a group of divers.

The open-concept living area has high ceilings, large windows, plenty of natural light, and relaxed coastal décor. It is comfortable without feeling formal and gives everyone room to gather after a day at the beach, on the water, or exploring the island.

Large sliding glass doors open onto the full-length covered patio. It is one of our favorite places in the villa and a perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon nap, dinner outside, or an evening drink while enjoying the breeze and partial Caribbean views.

One feature guests especially appreciate is our professionally maintained whole-house UV purification and reverse osmosis water system. It provides clean, great-tasting water for drinking, cooking, coffee, and ice throughout the villa.
