Josh was very quick to respond with updates when asked as we were coming in right after the hurricane. The condo was clean and easy access parking with quick elevators. The condo is well stocked and met our needs.

Condo was very clean owner was very easy to work with had to call when freezer quit working came and reset it and then came back 4hrs later to make sure it was working. Beach view was awesome

We loved this property! It had everything we needed and then some! Host was very easy to work with and very accommidating! We loved it so much, that we will be staying here every year from now on. Thank you so much Joshua for making this experience great and sharing your home with us!

Fourth year staying there. Great spot, great views, great condo, comfortable furniture, options for pot coffee or k-cups, plenty of cooking utensils.The beach is right there, you don’t have to walk across the street hauling things, if you forget something you just run back up to your room real quick, 2 chairs on the beach are available to you, and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. This might be my 2nd or 3rd review, but it’s just a good spot.

Everything was wonderful. The place we stayed was great. Josh was really helpful. The parking to get paid and such was little complicated. But once we got it fixed. Was great!! Thanks again. Hope to come back soon.

Great place to stay.

Clean, efficient, great view and good location. Owner was great to work with and very quick to answer any communications. Would definitely recommend and hope to be able to stay again.

The condo was great. The furnishings and appliances worked well. The brand new refrigerator was an excellent surprise. The only real negative was having only 2 of the 4 elevators operating during spring break week! The service was not the usual quick service as we had on previous visits to SBR. Happy to see they were working to update the other 2 elevators so a return visit should be good.

Well stocked condo. Very nice balcony furniture. Hot water took forever. Facility operations could be better. Hot tub ruined (bleached) our bathing suits. Pool could be warmer. Overall it was a nice stay at the Gulf of MEXICO.
