Everything was fine until four days after the day we left. I received a fraudulent charge from the host claiming that there was throw up, dishes, and coffee grounds everywhere. I asked for him to provide pictures which he could not. I was charged 160 for a cleaning fee even though I had already paid a cleaning fee. He is now opened an insurance claim against me.

Housekeeping entered the unit after guest checkout and discovered vomit in the bathroom floor and a mess in the kitchen with food and coffee grinds all over. I contacted her about it and sent pictures. I had to pay the housekeeper additional $160 for the cleanup. She become irate and refused to pay. I would never rent to this tenant again. As per own admission a 2 star rating was given because I called her out and the nasty mess she left behind.

Great place!

The location was great! We walked to the pier one night. We loved the room we had! Everything was great! Except for the elevators, they’re super slow lol but we would definitely go back again!

It was great!

The weather absolutely sucked! Red and double red flags the whole week but that is uncontrollable. The actual condo was great. The only complaint that I would have is that it needs to upgrade its mattresses. Other than that, we had an awesome time.

Great Condo

Very clean. Good location. We bought some paper bowls since there was only one bowl in cabinet. Limited silverware. Good supply of towels. Nice pool. Dishwasher didn’t seem to work well. Certain areas of the floor would stay wet from condensation. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were happy with the condo!

The dishwasher has been replaced. Cookware and silverware are usually replaced monthly. I am glad you enjoyed your stay.

Good overall stay

The usual condo on PCB. Had to wait on elevators, which was no surprise. The condo is nice and the location is convenient. This unit was nice the only real complaint is with the dishes and cooking utensils. It was not very well stocked. We had one bowl and and a short supply of silverware. The shelf is missing out of the freezer which caused the ice maker to dump ice everywhere. There is also a short supply of glasses, however we did have red solo cups that worked good for us. We had a great family vacation and would stay again.

The unit is usually stocked monthly for towels, linens, and cookware including silverware. The refrigerator has since been replaced.

Update

Lack of utensils in kitchen. No bowls,3 glasses,4 forks, needs new fry skillet. Washer leaked water all the way to 2 bd br and soaked carpet. Couldn’t wash towels but housekeeping was gracious to bring us more. Finally repaired on Thursday. Mattress in 2nd br needs replacing. Not enough elevators. Loved the balcony and great view.

There should have been enough utensils as inventory is checked regularly. The washer was fixed the following day after you reported it. There are two elevators in the building and they are spacious.

Better than expected

The pictures shown are outdated and dark. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the condo was. It’s way better than the pictures show. We were in walking distance of several places including the pier. There were plenty of pillows but no blankets for the sofa. Also, the property is non smoking, not even on the balcony. The hot water is hot and never runs out and there were TONS of towels and wash clothes available with washer and dryer in the unit. Overall it was a great place and I would recommend.

Nice and quiet

Nice location because there is nothing on one side so the beach is not over crowded. The condo was overall good, but new mattresses would help and the dryer needs attention because it takes 2 or 3 cycles to dry.

Easy beach access

Bring toilet paper. Drive the smallest vehicle you own because parking spots are not meant for large trucks. Had a great time while there! Go eat some seafood at Dirty Dicks

Great Place!

Very nice location and on the beach. It’s not top of the line but very nice and comfortable. The only thing they didn’t supply was scissors to cut wrist bands off, MINOR though. Would definitely stay again

Quarantine Getaway

The place was very nice with an amazing view. We needed a quick getaway from the quarantine madness and decided to drive down to PCB for a few days. The keyless check in process was very smooth and there was ample parking in the deck. The place was very clean with ample linen and starter supplies- the only item that needs some additional attention is the shower liner in the master bedroom needs a deep cleaning. My only downside is that the welcome package was not in the room so we had to visit the front desk for a parking pass, pool wristbands, and wifi info. However, the office attendant was very friendly and got us what we needed quickly. Easy access to the beach and close to several attractions and restaurants.

Very nice condo

This is a very nice and clean condo. The only complaint I have is there were no sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We had to find an extra blanket to use as a fitted sheet. Thankfully we brought our own blankets to cover up with. Other than that it was good. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely spot!

We love this area of PCB. The condo was nice and for our needs. The building is great and well taken care of. The owner was very helpful. Our family loved staying here!!

The unit was built in 2005 and it is located on the beach with only 4 miles to Pier Park for movies, mall, and restaurants.
