A massive house - lots of space inside and out to enjoy the ocean view. It's also a great location, with shopping and a few bars nearby. We had a fantastic stay.

The home was absolutely perfect! So cozy especially in the rain, we didn’t want to leave! Dani was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. She was able to accommodate everything we needed for our beach wedding. The tiki bar was so wonderful to sit at, and there was plenty of space for all of us. We definitely will be coming back one day!

Amazing home!

This home was amazing quiet and peaceful! Amazing views and amazing beach would highly recommend this to all! We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

January at Vilano Beach

Very good location and exactly as advertised. Tiki hut was a big hit for a warm January Saturday. Sunrise with Morning coffee started each day right.

Overall amazing

Overall, our week stay at this property was amazing. Had some minor issues, but all of those were communicated to the property manager and resolved within reason. Fantastic beach location and Saint Augustine is a great city to visit.

Beach Breakway

Step out and onto the beach. House clean, well stocked for all cooking, entertaining- you won’t want to wander off. Very unique house design and style - Robinson Crusoe meets St. Augustine - aged but a classically Floridian beach front getaway.

Perfect location but cleaning of the property was poor

We enjoyed the stay in this property, especially the location was outstanding. The house itself was fine but not properly cleaned. The property management was really helpful when we had an issue with our grill.

Stay in Nov. 2024

Very happy with property. Checkin was a breeze. A few short steps to beach. Loved the 2 decks. The house was fully supplied even with TP, paper towels and trash bags. The spiral staircase may be an issue for some but otherwise we enjoyed the property and would stay there again and would recommend it.

Girls 60th Birthday Celebration

This was a perfect house just steps from the beach!! The set up of the house is very unique with beautiful views of the ocean!! The house was very clean, with all the amenities that you need for a beach vacation. The tiki bar was so cute and the fire pit was a great time making smores!! It is very close to stores and restaurants, less than a 10 minute drive. We were 10 women and had plenty of space. Dani and Team were always available whenever we had a question. We did not have any problems with the house or check in. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!!!

Not Worth The Money

The property was well furnish and the best property managers we ever experienced. While the furnishing and amenities were very good. The spiral staircase was a real downer. Ever try to carry a suitcase, or anything for that matter, up or down a spiral staircase? For the price paid this was not a good value. Also the tiki bar was a disaster. It is in a bad state of repair, and for all practical purposes, unusable.

The property is well worn. Owner is attempting to keep on top of maintenance but time has not been kind. The entire decking areas need serious renovation. Boards missing, loose, or rotting. The transition from one area to the next was on different levels which made transitioning from the front of the house to the side where the Tiki Bar very treacherous, especial at night for my inebriated relatives! No one was hurt, but it is an accident waiting to happen.

Nina’s summer vacation

Spectacular. From sunrise to sunset. The house character is awesome. Actually makes you feel like I’m a boat. Perfect Dani is top at her job. Perfect for all.

We loved the sound of the ocean - property accommodated our group very well - views were awesome - we walked the beach each day - perfect for our group - we would do it again

Wonderful Beach Retreat

Beautiful views of the Atlantic from all 3 floors. Lots of room for a family get together. All the beach accessories there for your using...chairs, toys, umbrella etc. Property management was prompt to respond to any needs and/or questions My family had a perfect week at this house.

Girls getaway

This was the perfect location for a girls weekend. Only 10 minutes from St. Augustine’s historic center for shopping and restaurants and right on the sand for a lazy beach day!

Beautiful property; very spacious

Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was a lovely focal point for viewing the ocean and visiting with family. Would definitely stay again!
