Beautiful beachfront home

This house was just updated and everything is new. Home is very large with beautiful views of the beach. Windows were very clean to see the ocean. Kitchen was very well stocked with high end appliances and beautiful dishes and all small appliances you could ever want. Three different coffee pots and even an air fryer. Beds were very comfortable and high end sheets and pillows. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms and repair was done within 10 minutes of calling them. On the website, there is no floor plan. Bottom floor has a king bed with full bath on the other side of the house. Second floor is living room and kitchen and a full bathroom. 3rd floor has the master with king and en suite full bathroom. Also has 3 other bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen bedrooms) with 1 full bathroom in the hall. New propane grill and plenty of beach chairs and toys. Nice outdoor shower. Even though the website says there is a hot tub, there is not. Overall, a great rental!

Perfect beach home

We had a fabulous stay at Beach Therapy to celebrate my aunt's 80th birthday. The location was perfect - right on the beach, but very close to St. Augustine - and the house was a dream. It was very clean and outfitted with everything we needed for convenience. The owner was very responsive to any concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Very updated property with private beach! Plenty of space for a large family with basically a private beach! Highly recommend it for easy access to St Augustine and Ponte Vedra while avoiding crowded beaches.

Amazing property!

We love the St. Augustine area and this property was amazing! It was clean and had everything we needed. Location is great for us and would definitely stay here again. Communication was execellent with Armando. Thank you! You will not be disappointed with your stay. Our kids had a blast!

Beach Perfect!

Our family vacation at Beach Therapy was delightful! This home easily accommodated our family of 8. Adults and children had plenty of room. The home was immaculate! Beach toys were provided for our use and Armando was very responsive to any request/need. We would highly recommend Beach Therapy for your next vacation! Thank you Armando!

Girls Trip 2024

I can’t say enough good things about this rental!! From the ease of communication with the owner and property manager (if needed) to the beautiful decor, cleanliness and well stocked supplies….this place is a dream come true!! Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

Another great stay at a property owned by Armando. This is the second time we have stayed at one of Armando's properties in Ponte Vedra/Velano Beach. Being on the beach with beautiful back porch and view from all 3 floors straight to the beach and ocean are priceless. The house has been beautifully renovated and decorated. Large tables inside and out were perfect for serving our three generational family that was vacationing together. Kitchen and bathroom are top notch. When we needed assistance, Armando and team were quick to help. Great location right near the heart of Velano Beach, just a short ride away from St Augustine or St Augustine Beach areas. (Not that far from Ponte Vedra/Jacksonville either, for the shoppers/rainy days.) We look forward to vacationing in Armando's properties in the future!

Perfect…AGAIN

We stayed at another of this hosts properties a year ago. Loved it so much that we wanted to go back. Unfortunately that property was booked for the days we needed. Lucky for us though, the host had this property available. We booked it with confidence having dealt with the host previously. Like the first house, this house was super clean, well maintained, modern, and with an amazing location and view (right on the beach). The host is super easy to work with and gives you his cell number. If you need anything he’s on it. When we travel back to this area we will definitely choose a property based on the host. Seems like all his properties are spot on in what we are looking for.

This is a unique beach home which has been totally updated in 2023. It is very spacious with an open floorplan with incredible views of the beach. It is set up for a large family and the home's location is excellent minutes to downtown St Augustine, Vilano Beach and about a 30 min drive to Jacksonville
