Listing was accurate. It was a great rental. Had everything needed. Loved the location. Super close to the beach but close enough to all the other places you need to go to. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay overall. Unfortunately, the air conditioner stopped working during our visit and ultimately had to be completely replaced. While the new unit wasn't installed until the day we checked out, the property manager handled the situation exceptionally well. She immediately gave us access to the condo next door so we could stay comfortable, and she also refunded the full cost of our stay.Problems can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how they're handled. The property manager was responsive, understanding, and went above and beyond to make things right. We truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and would definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful and easy!

We do a Port A trip every year. This was a great condo. Easy and fast access to the beach. Super clean! Wish there were patio chairs but other than that it's a great place to stay as a family of 4!

Great place! Great location!

We loved this property and were very pleased with the location and were thrilled with the accommodations. Great communication with the owner/property manager. Assigned parking would be the only improvement i can think of. Otherwise, everything was phenomenal.

The pictures in post do not do the home justice! Every detail was on point and beautiful. This was a beautiful, clean and welcoming home to stay in. It literally felt like a home away from home! We did not lack anything as the home was well over stocked with everything we possibly needed. Will definitely book again.

Great last minute stay

We normally stay at another location in Port A but decided last minute to head to the coast for the long weekend and the other location was booked. We found this rental to be in a great location, very close to the beach and Stripes to get coffee, snacks each day. It was very clean and quiet and we will look to rent here again.

Great experience

We and our 3cgrandxhikdren enjoyed our stay. Adequate space for 5, nice location, quiet, plenty of parking, and close to beach. Highly recommend it.

Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here and the checkin process was so simple. The condo was exactly as expected and had everything we needed. Kim was very responsive and made our stay a delight. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Property; Exceptional Communication

This property was exactly as advertised - so close to the beach and was very nice and comfortable. The property manager was amazingly responsive. She emailed all the information we needed within 10 minutes of making our reservation. It was a very last minute trip so I was especially glad to have such near instant communications. It was as easy a process as I think we have every encountered before.

Overall Great Place

The Good: Beautiful home close to the beach. Quiet complex. Kim was great to work with. Easy checkin-checkout. Not complicated process. The Bad: place wasn't very clean. Visible surfaces were clean but you could tell it hadn't had a real cleaning in a while. A Vodka bottle and trash were under the bed. The air conditioner wasn't working properly. Property manager came and adjusted it but I suspect the thermostat just wasnt working properly.
