A great place for both inside and outside activities. The home was comfortable, well laid out, and gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The outdoor area was just as enjoyable and made it easy to spend time outside without having to leave the property. Overall, it was a great place to unwind, have fun, and enjoy the stay. We would stay here again.

We brought our 5 kids (ages 10 down to 1) and everyone had a great time. The game/theater room was a big hit. Even though the lake is low, our kids had a so much fun on the shore collecting shells and even went on the kayak. Would definitely return.

The best 4th of July weekend!!! We had a great time and the house was perfect for our big group. We had fun playing all the games, watching the fireworks and really jusr enjoyed the views. Great place! We'd stay again! Thank you for being great hosts!

The house is amazing! There are QR codes and labels for just about everything so there is no confusion. The lake access is awesome!! Joel is very easy to get in contact with and so incredibly nice. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Place is great for bringing a large family or a couple of families for some R&R. Fishing was excellent right off the dock/boat slip. Plenty of entertainment for the kiddos both inside and outside. Movie room was awesome!

Great family weekend getaway

We had a great time with our three teens at this property! Plenty to do and a lovely, stocked coffee bar. Beautiful lake views! Great communication with the owners.

Beautiful home!

This is the place to stay, it has everything you need for a vacation. The house is well stocked inside and out! The dock has so much room to swim or hang out with comfortable chairs. The game room was so much fun. The neighborhood was great and the neighbors were very nice.

Great vacation!

This place was amazing! My family and I had a great weekend getaway enjoying the lake and all the amenities of this vacation rental. The owner was very accommodating and even left snacks and goodies for us to enjoy. We had so much fun fishing, using the kayak, playing pool and playing corn hole in the front yard. Definitely a place I would love to rent again!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and property as described. Caught a dozen small catfish and a mix of other types from dock. Had fun with kids at What’s Up amusement center with kids in Gun Barrel. BNR in Mabank was good food and fun.

Great Lake House

Our family had a great stay at house. Grandkids loved all the games they have in game room. Caught a lot of catfish off peer. Would recommend to everyone for a great stay. Very peaceful place to unwind and relax. Met the neighbors and they were extremely nice people. We will differently stay there again.

Great house and location

House was great. We played every game there - age ranges from 13-54 loved them all. Used theatre for movie one night. Location was great since close to LoneStar Marina where we rented boat one day and jet skis another. Cove area where house is located was great for playing on jet skis. Very hot and humid outside the weekend we were there - a/c kept house nice and cool.

Amazing house inside and outside

We really loved staying here. We had 9 adults and this was the perfect size. Outside the house was great with the boat dock, kayak, & ping pong table. But when it was hotter during the day the theatre and arcade room was a huge hit! And the instructions for how to use everything in the theatre room was especially helpful. The coffee bar was also a nice touch with everything we would need for coffee plus there was even a few k-cups for the tea drinkers like myself.

Fun House!

Great house with fun amenities. Owner was perfectly communicative prior to and during the trip. It’s clear that lots of care and effort have gone into ensuring the guest experience is top notch. QR codes with video guides for the arcade, theater, and climate controls made the usage easy and enjoyable. Dock and lake were great for swimming and lounging. Solo stove, wood pile, and skewers made s’mores easy and enjoyable.
