I’m sorry the towels had black spots and did not appear clean — I’ve shared this with our housekeeping team so they can investigate and replace any affected linens. Thank you for the note about bringing toilet tissue, paper towels, and trash bags; I’ve passed that to our inventory team so we can review what’s provided and improve our starter supplies. Thank you for the 4‑star review. Glad the location and comfort of the condo worked well for you. Sorry about the used washcloth — that shouldn’t have happened. I’ve reported it to our housekeeping team and reinforced the final inspection checklist. Apologies also for the Wi‑Fi interruption and the unsecured network at arrival; the building’s provider replaced cable boxes/routers during your stay, which caused the outage and settings issue. We’ve contacted the provider and building management to prevent mid‑stay equipment changes and to ensure the guest network is secured and stable. Lastly, sorry the access code changed before checkout — we’ll coordinate code updates and improve our communication so guests aren’t caught off guard. Appreciate the feedback and we hope to host you again.
