The property was beautiful! Flowers were growing and blooming. The room was fantastic with comfortable chairs and beds. Lots of space and what a view! Beack area was clean and just gorgeous. We definitely will be back.

The large deck overlooking the beautiful gulf water and white sand beach was absolutely perfect!

Great location on the beach. Easy access in & out of the complex. Condo well stocked with kitchen essentials & rooms were spacious.Only drawback, if you like to spend time on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves, you will also hear the constant mechanical humming of equipment between the condos. We sat on the balcony later in the evening & found this to be a distraction.

Beautiful condo. Exactly like the pictures. Very clean and very roomy. The balcony with the beach view was fantastic. No issues with parking and the beach and pool was never to crowded. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay here. It is exactly as pictured. Very spacious. Nice building with great amenities.

We found the condo to be exceptionally comfortable and very clean. The leather recliners were very comfortable. The bed was great. Loved the lounge chairs on the balcony. Really nice having the large table on the balcony. WiFi and Dish Network worked fine. Plenty of dishes and silverware in the kitchen. Pots, pans and baking dishes were adequate. Remember to bring any spices you might need. We had breakfast and some dinners in. The workout facility was nice and the pool very clean. Highly recommend this place. Also recommend an Italian restaurant just down the street in the Publix shopping center. It is called Carmelo’s. Monday special is lasagna for 16 and it is a large delicious portion.

Great location! The unit was VERY clean and the view was AMAZING! I loved waking up to the view of the ocean!! The unit also has a big kitchen, and washer and dryer.

Very clean! Onsite staff were helpful and accommodating. Our grandchildren loved the pool. We truly enjoyed the ocean/beach view from the comfortable seating on the balcony! Our only suggestion is to change the refrigerator orientation. It would be much easier to maneuver if the door opened from the other side.

We love staying at The Palms! This condo was very clean and the communication was great! I would have liked to have a few rugs, especially where you get in to the bed. Otherwise no matter how much I kept seeping the kids would bring sand into the sheets! But that is my preference and the condo is still very nice! We had to buy a spatula to cook with, but left it for others to use! Hard to see the sunrise without going done to the beach but we absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

This unit was very well decorated and updated beautifully. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check-in and check-out process was easy and, Kristen, with the rental company was helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent Stay

We were very happy with the property itself. Beautiful views, pictures accurate to what was listed, no issues with parking. Only disappointing factor was there really wasn't anything within walking distance.
