It's conveniently located to restaurants, Publix, nature trails, and the neighborhood pools that are easily accessible with the home's 4 adult bikes or 6-seater golf cart. It's also just a short ride away to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The first floor of the home has an open kitchen and living area that opens up to the back patio.
