As a guest at Casa De Massa you will have access to this newly renovated guest suite that has a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, toaster oven, microwave, keurig, and sink. The living space has a comfortable (Q)sofa bed, (2)tvs, and a Queen size bed located in the bedroom. This private guest suite is perfect for a nice getaway!

Casa De Massa is located near a Publix, Target and Walmart (all within driving distance). For those on vacation the nearest beach is Gandy Mangroves, perfect for watching beautiful sunsets. Located only 15mins away are great local restaurants and bars (a list provided onsite). The beautiful Bayshore Blvd trail is also near and highly recommended to capture the picturesque view. The historic architecture of The University of Tampa is about 13mins away and also near downtown Tampa and channelside. Casa De Massa is a convenient located near the Selmon expressway and Gandy bridge connecting you to St. Petersburg Florida and Brandon/riverview area. We are located near Memorial Hospital and Tampa General Hospital for all traveling healthcare providers or loved ones visiting family.

Pets are also allowed with responsible oversight. Any damages incurred will result in an additional charge dependent on the incident.

We had a great stay here! We stayed for 2 weeks and everything was so easy and smooth sailing, clean, pet friendly and great location! Neighborhood was clean and walkable for our dogs. The host was so kind and helpful!

Specifically chose this location because of the enclosed patio area , and the fact that pets were allowed. The unit was spacious, more than adequate, full kitchen and one of the most comfortable beds i've ever slept on. It was really a pleasure to have the enclosed patio.To sit in the sun and allow the dogs to have a little bit of freedom. The hosts were very good checking in a few times to make sure my stay was going well. Convenient location , close to Macdill ,shopping and the bridge to go over to Saint Pete. Neighborhood was very safe to walk in with very friendly residence.

Upon arriving, the code to enter was not updated, and we had to call support to get in contact with the owner. There was no toilet paper or paper towels provided, and we had to request these items. Also, there were only two towels prepared when my reservation was for 3, and no hand towels. The pull-out sofa also had a strange odor. This place is best for 1-2 people.

Excellent Location

It was literally a stone's throw from the home of a family member we were visiting. Not luxurious but comfortable and fairly priced. The owner was extremely responsive to an issue we had with the hot water and got it fixed ASAP. The only downside was the road construction nearby but, of course, this was out of the owner's control. Great stay.

Lovely cottage apartment

This property is well maintained. Very cozy and welcoming. Convenient to everything in the Tampa/Clearwater area. Highly recommend. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking my little dog around the neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again.

Had one small issue on arrival with the door lock, but was contacted withing 10 minutes and was inside in another couple of minutes. The home was clean and had everything I needed for a few nights. The living area was large. My only "complaint" is that there is no real closet to hang up clothes. There is some shelving though that worked just fine. I didn't do any real cooking, so not sure about pots and pans, but reheated some takeout and had the utensils and plates I needed to reheat in the microwave and eat. I felt safe at night taking out my dog and the location was perfect for me in South Tampa. Overall, an excellent stay.

3 Week Stay January 2023

This property was just as advertised!!! It was clean and well furnished. The neighborhood was safe, and close to stores and restaurants. I did leave some clothes by accident and they saved them for me when I returned 3 days after my stay. Although the backyard was not available to o me, the courtyard was nice and provided plenty of sun. Casa De Massa is perfect for a short getaway, but if you are planning a longer stày, just be aware there was no washer, dryer, or stove. That being said, my dog and I really enjoy ed our stay!!!

Great Property

This is a fantastic property in South Tampa. The location is very good for those having business or family on MacDill AFB. There are several great dining options within a short drive and easy access to downtown Tampa and Channelside. The property is very well maintained and cleaned. You can tell the linens and towels are cleaned after every visitor. Mr. Massa to get the address. Just know that the map dot in the VRBO App and website is incorrect. If you don't receive the address initially on confirmation, be sure to reach out to

Great place for the price

The photos are completely accurate and honestly the place was nicer on the inside than expected. We had to change our plans due to a pet sitter cancelation and we were able to bring our 2 dogs with us. The host even left us toys and treats which was so nice. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. This is located a little off the main roads but was a quick drive to several great restaurants and activities. If you're looking for something cheaper than the main tampa area but still close enough to drive to I would recommend this as a great choice.

Tampa in June

We had a very nice stay. It was very clean, and adequate for a short stay. Very nice for our two small dogs. I have recommended it to an adult granddaughter for her trip in January.

Just what we needed.

Memorial Day weekend, needed a pet friendly stay. This rental fit the bill. Clean, cute, well appointed.....everything we needed. Very pleased with the unit and the pricing.
